I ordered a bouquet for a family's member's engagement celebration. Since I live out of town, I could only base on finding a florist thru Yelp. This florist had really good reviews and it seemed like a small local business and with personalized crafted bouquets (unlike the teleflorist generic photos). I ordered a bouquet and ended up paying $160 for everything including delivery. I got a thank you message from that family member with a picture of the bouquet and I was floored. It was almost nothing like the one I selected (I spend a lot of time looking at every single option and picked this particular one). I was upset and felt personally disappointed bc I wanted to give a really nice bouquet that had vibrant colors. I thought about giving them a bad review here but decided it wasn't fair so I ended up calling them to see what can be fixed. The lady who picked up the phone after hearing my complaint said it was because they were short on a lot of flower options but she would offer a refund or a remake. I felt bad asking for a refund so I asked her to remake it for me. She also said she would text me a picture to me before delivering it again to get my approval. The lady kept her word and send me a picture of another bouquet that looked better and more similar to the one I ordered. I was happy with the result but wished that the only thing they would've done differently was to contact me in the first place. If they were short on flowers and couldn't fill my order to the way they appeared on the website, they should let their customers know. They should also pay attention to out of state orders because the only way to really gauge quality is to compare the actual product with the one shown on the website. If they did that, they would've saved some $ and time and not have to remake a bouquet again. read more

I ordered a $170 arrangement for my aunt's funeral service. Arrived to a very unflatteringly arranged vase of flowers that I could have picked up at a grocerty store for $60. I know florists don't expect the customers to usually see what was sent but I trusted this florist based on previous reviews. Complete disappointment. read more

I decided on Gallery Flowers because, from what I could see from their pictures, their arrangements looked thoughtful, artistic, and detailed. I ended up paying $200 for an arrangement that looks like it came from HEB (not that there's anything wrong with HEB, it's just not the level of professionalism I paid for). The arrangement looks hastily thrown together and nothing like the picture online that I chose. Not to mention that the delivery driver was pretty rude. Really awesome experience with gallery flowers. I received this arrangement on my birthday and was called by Jocelin in order to make sure I was home at the time of delivery. Unfortunately I was at work all day- she offered to have them delivered to my work but since I work in a hospital in the medical center I knew it would be a big hassle to deliver there. I asked if she could leave it at the front desk of the apartment complex. She reached out to them to arrange but they would not accept the delivery because they closed earlier than I would be home. She again offered to deliver to the hospital despite the trouble it would be. I really appreciate them going out of their way to try to ensure a smooth delivery and would 100% recommend. Beware brides! This place is a no go. Their roses are beautiful, however, their services suck. We went in for a bouquet quote and got a 150 price. Go back for to order and it's 180. So we do it of course because we considered the whole market or whatever. I decide to change it to less roses. The bouquet literally went from 24 roses to maybe 12-15 and yet we had to pay another 35 dollars. So we paid and kept it moving. The day we received them, it was sooo disappointing and ugly. Please be aware of the prices and services. Even after giving them compliments on other arrangements their service sucked. I wish I went with my gut and ran but I really loved how huge their roses looked. Go get quotes don't settle for this place. Especially if you have time to shop around! read more
