Absolutely LOVE what I got - they look beautiful, smell so nice, and they were delivered quickly. I called to ask for the details of my arrangement, and Robert gladly gave me his email to send a picture in. I bought my wife a very nice arrangement for Valentines Day which had some orchids in it. The orchids stayed pretty so my wife threw the rest of the arrangement away when it wilted and kept the orchids. Today is May 1. I just threw away the orchids this morning. Quality-wise Greenworks provides excellent quality flowers and arranging. Where they really fall-down is flexibility and attitude. I've bought flowers from them 3 times in the last 6 months, and their selection and willingness to bring in alternate colors is a negative number (I'm usually looking for orchids or lilies). They're pretty spendy, so their unwillingness to cater comes off as arrogance. For Valentine's Day if you want anything delivered that's not on their set menu, you're SOL. Living in Boise ID and delivering to my girlfriend in Houston...that attitude is a little problematic. Giving Das Blumenhaus a shot...they're much more flexible. I try to avoid the chain flower shops and buy from quality florists. I found Greenworks and received very positive feedback from the wife. The flowers looked great, the arrangement was fantastic, and the flowers lived for a while. Unfortunately Greenworks tends to be a little inflexible during the holidays (Valentine's) and will not deliver unless on foot, and will offer only one arrangement. Back in October, I had ordered some flowers for bosses day from a national chain florist. After paying over $100, the other employees and I were NOT happy about what arrived. After talking about it a little, we decided that the small (less then 12 inches tall!) arrangement was not going to do and someone mentioned Greenworks (located in the tunnels of Houston). I went down there the next morning and explained what had happened and showed the owner (i think) a picture of what had arrived. She looked at it and then said 'I will make it the arrangement right now for you.' She asked me what by budget was and what flowers I wanted to use and even gave me an upgrade/discounted a larger arrangement to fit into my budget (including delivery). She even walked around the store with me to pick out a vase to use and then got my asked what color flowers I wanted to use (I left that up her because they were all gorgeous). She wanted to make sure I was happy before I left. They delivered the arrangement later that day and my boss, as well as the rest of the office, was very pleased with the flowers. I think the arrangement she put together for us was about a $175 arrangement and about 3 feet tall (it was a while ago, so I don't remember exactly) and it was BEAUTIFUL! She was very nice and very helpful. The flowers she chose for the arrangement were wonderful and they lasted at least 2 weeks. While I was there, I saw her entire selection of flowers (they keep them up front so the customers can see them) and every single flower was absolutely beautiful.
