I had no idea a delivery was coming, so when I got a text that one was on its way, I was in the middle of checking out at the grocery store. I texted my daughter, who has special needs and was wearing noise-cancelling headphones, to grab it off the porch. Between the barking dogs and her headphones, there was a short mix-up about timing. When the driver (Stacy) came back, she was openly irritated with my daughter, saying something to the effect of "really, you didn't hear me with the dogs barking?" in a sharp, condescending tone. My daughter was in tears by the time I got home. When I called to ask for an apology to my daughter, the driver was combative with me too, focused on how long the delivery had taken her, even though I hadn't ordered it and had no way to anticipate the timing. And she's not the only one. Read the other one-star reviews here and you'll see this same rudeness and hostility is a pattern with this company, not a one-off. I then called the manager today to follow up and instead of addressing the customer service issue, he was hostile with me on the phone too. Before you order from this florist, do yourself a favor and read through the one-star reviews.

They were kind enough to show me the florals they had available and after I selected them they whipped it up into a wonderful display. Their attention to detail was nice as they made it a front facing bouquet since they were going to be displayed in a hotel room. Upon checkout they even created a make shift holder so they would travel easy! The flowers are still in full bloom a few days later and they were a hit with the recipient.
