I called Blue Iris from Reno, Nevada to order a heart for my Mama's funeral. The lady on the phone was so nice to me and since I had picked out the one I wanted, all I had to do was ask for her to put 'Mama' on a lavender ribbon. It arrived before the viewing and I have to say it was gorgeous! I don't like ordering flowers on the phone because I constantly get burned, but not with Blue Iris, they did an awesome job and I will forever cherish the memory of the heart they made for me and my Mama. Thank you Blue Iris, I highly recommend your shop. read more

Blue Iris Florist - The beautiful heart for my Mama's funeral service. - Florists Near Me - Houston, Texas

Used Blue Iris Florist for Valentines Day and they were awesome. Good communication over email and they do a great job with updates along the way (e.g. preparing your order, flowers have been delivered). I went with delivery and while it was a little pricey it seemed totally worth it. The arrangement turned out great! read more

Service was great, nice helpful people that tend to you. My selection was great although they did bring me my wrong order and ruined my surprise because my wife was with me. The value of the roses were 100$ + so I kind of expected better quality. The idea of the bouquet is nice but I'm just very disappointed in the poor quality of the roses and the other little flowers surrounding them. I got them for Mother's Day and here we are two days later and they're dead. read more

Y'all! So my husband surprised me with flowers from Blue Iris for my birthday. My mothers birthday follows the next day, so I know I needed to buy flowers at the same place. Couldn't make up my mind and ended up buying TWO bouquets for a great price.... spoiled much. We will definitely be going back in the future. read more

The flowers were fantastic. They had a beautiful Peony arrangement and even wrapped it up in a box for me. I was worried about the weather conditions and they let me pick it up early. Also it wasn't an arm and a leg like other places. Please order your next flowers from here. read more

Blue Iris Florist - "Pinkest Passion" is the name of this arrangement - Florists Near Me - Houston, Texas

Received an unexpected floral delivery for Mother's Day! (My family had already outdone themselves with a trip and a gift box.) The floral design was unique and beautiful. It featured an arch wrapped with vines covering the top of the arrangement, just lovely. The flowers were long lasting - still enjoying them. Blue Iris has the confidence of my out of town kiddos as they know their floral gifts will be handled well. (And then, a sweet friend ordered white Mother's Day corsages from BI for us to wear to church! The corsages were beautiful, are still in good condition!) So thankful for the kind services offered by Blue Iris. read more

They made such a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my mom will definitely be using them again !

My Mother-in-Law passed away during covid and we could not have a funeral for her. We are celebrating her life one year after her death. I went to Blue Iris asking for a corsage we could put on her walker that will be placed at 'her' pew at her Mass. They went above and beyond creating a walker corsage. I started crying when I saw it. It is absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much! read more

Very disappointed with the service. I will never order from here again. I spent about 70 dollars on a bouquet of flowers.... I wanted to surprise my mom with flowers for her birthday. I gave very specific informational notes on where to find her business, but they could find it. The guy called my number and asked me for directions. It's a building with the name on it.... there is ONE small parking lot. One door to get in. He called me while I was at work and I picked up thinking it was an emergency from a loved one. But it was the flower delivery guy. He was rude & was speaking so loudly over the phone explaining that he was lost. Absolutely unprofessional. I had to return to work after I explained to him what street to turn on and where the parking lot was. He called me a few more times, but I was busy at work. I had to call my mom to call the guy and try to come out of the office to find him so that he could just deliver the damn flowers to her. It was a horrible "surprise". My mom asked me why she needs to go outside because she was busy at work, but then she saw the flowers and was surprised but also asked why he didn't deliver them inside to her office. Terrible delivery person.... please look into this and work on hiring professional drivers read more

I had an incredible experience! I needed to get a bouquet for my friend and we were both very pleased with the final product. The florist was so sweet and whipped up this beautiful bouquet for me in what must have been no more than 15 minutes. Great price, great product. Unfortunately, my uncle passed away and we needed to purchase an arrangement for his funeral. I looked at Blue Iris' reviews and decided to use them. We showed up the the viewing and were floored by how beautiful and big the arrangement was. We got so many compliments on how amazing it was. I've ordered from other places before, but they didn't compare to Blue Iris' spray arrangement. I wish I would have taken a picture of it, but my mind was elsewhere. I 100% will use them for all my floral needs! Thanks, Blue Iris, for making a sad day, a little brighter! read more

I've been a customer of Blue Iris for over four years. I've never had a bad arrangement delivered. My wife is always delighted when they arrive. The latest this past Friday, was a gorgeous arrangement of multiple colored roses in a beautiful vase. It's unfortunate that many recent reviews state the opposite but I highly recommend this florist. I don't use anyone else. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I did business with this merchant via Lovingly as I live in CO and was trying to order flowers for my sister for a loss in the family. They advertised on the site as free shipping next day so I proceeded with a succulent arrangement that looked unique on their website. When it got to my sister's, it was completely different and not even what they advertised. What they actually got was something beat up, poor quality, cheap plants, not even in the same planter. I tried to call on 3 separate occasions and emailed 3 different times to owner Keren. She has ghosted me after saying she would process a refund.... since she said they usually don't deliver that far but again, not my fault...you advertised that on your website with no distance restrictions so I say to have a software developer change up your website to limit the miles if that's the case. Again, truly disappointed this is how business is run when customers utilize your services from a distance. Maybe their flower arrangements aren't so bad but definitely stay away from succulent arrangements. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture of what they advertised and what I actually got. read more

Excellent customer service, flower arrangement and delivery. The agent who took my call, Linda, was attentive to my request, took my order efficiently, did not ask me to repeat anything and had the spelling perfectly on the first try. Extremely disappointed with Blue Iris Florist! Placed an order online several days ago for delivery today. The bouquet was delivered at 415pm to a law firm after I called at 3pm inquiring about the status. To be honest, I think they forgot and put together last minute and I paid a lot for it. I understand it's a busy day for y'all but if you can't handle it the. Let your customers know. I placed an order after reading the great reviews but now I question how real they are. My experience wasn't good at all. Thanks Blue Iris for making our Valentine's Day anxiety filled. Will never buy from y'all again! read more

I placed an order through FTD, the bouquet in the web picture was beautiful, they have four options: good, better, best and exquisite. I ordered the most expensive, the exquisite. I paid a total of $98.24. What was received looked NOTHING like the picture on the FTD site. I first called FTD and then directly with Karen. She was very friendly and asked to send her pictures, I did and se said she would replace it. The next day a replacement was sent that was slightly beter but NOTHING like the picture on the web. Both arrangements were much smaller and poorly arranged. They reflected poorly on me. When I again contacted Karen she insisted the "stem count" was correct. I posted pictures so you can be the judge. read more

FTD used them to handle an order for my anniversary. I was not pleased with the results. They tried to deliver a scheduled delivery to a business... at 7PM at night. Luckily, I live nearby and the driver took it to my house. I ordered a much larger bouquet than what I got, it vaguely resembled what I ordered and was half dead. read more

Oh my! I didn't order from them so I can't speak on that. But the arrangement that was delivered to my office through them was absolutely stunning! It has drawn people I've never even spoken to in my office before over to admire them. My boss, who considers herself a floral aficionado, raved about how gorgeous these flowers were. Really, I was impressed with the quality, beauty, arrangement. Knowing my boyfriend, he probably ordered online, and I have in the past too for other occasions and am really never pleased if I get the opportunity to see them after delivery.
