The value of the roses were 100$ + so I kind of expected better quality. Very disappointed with the service. I will never order from here again. I spent about 70 dollars on a bouquet of flowers.... I wanted to surprise my mom with flowers for her birthday. I gave very specific informational notes on where to find her business, but they could find it. The guy called my number and asked me for directions. It's a building with the name on it.... there is ONE small parking lot. One door to get in. He called me while I was at work and I picked up thinking it was an emergency from a loved one. But it was the flower delivery guy. He was rude & was speaking so loudly over the phone explaining that he was lost. Absolutely unprofessional. I had to return to work after I explained to him what street to turn on and where the parking lot was. He called me a few more times, but I was busy at work. I had to call my mom to call the guy and try to come out of the office to find him so that he could just deliver the damn flowers to her. It was a horrible "surprise". My mom asked me why she needs to go outside because she was busy at work, but then she saw the flowers and was surprised but also asked why he didn't deliver them inside to her office. Terrible delivery person.... please look into this and work on hiring professional drivers read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I did business with this merchant via Lovingly as I live in CO and was trying to order flowers for my sister for a loss in the family. They advertised on the site as free shipping next day so I proceeded with a succulent arrangement that looked unique on their website. When it got to my sister's, it was completely different and not even what they advertised. What they actually got was something beat up, poor quality, cheap plants, not even in the same planter. I tried to call on 3 separate occasions and emailed 3 different times to owner Keren. She has ghosted me after saying she would process a refund.... since she said they usually don't deliver that far but again, not my fault...you advertised that on your website with no distance restrictions so I say to have a software developer change up your website to limit the miles if that's the case. Again, truly disappointed this is how business is run when customers utilize your services from a distance. Maybe their flower arrangements aren't so bad but definitely stay away from succulent arrangements. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture of what they advertised and what I actually got. read more

The bouquet was delivered at 415pm to a law firm after I called at 3pm inquiring about the status. To be honest, I think they forgot and put together last minute and I paid a lot for it. I placed an order through FTD, the bouquet in the web picture was beautiful, they have four options: good, better, best and exquisite. I ordered the most expensive, the exquisite. I paid a total of $98.24. What was received looked NOTHING like the picture on the FTD site. I first called FTD and then directly with Karen. She was very friendly and asked to send her pictures, I did and se said she would replace it. The next day a replacement was sent that was slightly beter but NOTHING like the picture on the web. Both arrangements were much smaller and poorly arranged. They reflected poorly on me. When I again contacted Karen she insisted the "stem count" was correct. FTD used them to handle an order for my anniversary. I was not pleased with the results. They tried to deliver a scheduled delivery to a business... at 7PM at night. Luckily, I live nearby and the driver took it to my house. I ordered a much larger bouquet than what I got, it vaguely resembled what I ordered and was half dead. read more
