I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement several weeks ago and did NOT receive what I ordered. After arriving, I was told that they "did not have the flowers I ordered due to Covid" which I understand, however I didn't receive an email/call to let me know. The flowers I received were completely different, and I would have preferred to order from someone else had I known beforehand. I was refunded, but now I'm left without flowers for Mother's Day. I reached out to them to try and get a quote for wedding florals, they initially responded quickly asking when the date was to get a more accurate quote, once I told them, I heard nothing back for about a week. Once I tried to follow up I still received no response and it's been a total of almost 4 weeks. I even tried calling a handful of times with no one picking up. I'm very disappointed with their customer service seeing they were recommended by multiple sites but do not hold up to their reviews. read more
