I called early and the call was picked up immediately by Jay who identified himself as the delivery driver. There was an issue with my order not being found so he said he would have someone call me back as soon as the store opened. Sure enough Jay called me back and said that the florist could handle my order for the same day. I was so pleased because after all it was my mistake.
