I ordered from the website an arrangement for my stepdaughter's birthday. Having a senior moment, I confused the date with another family member's birthday, so I needed to update the order to the same day delivery. I called early and the call was picked up immediately by Jay who identified himself as the delivery driver. There was an issue with my order not being found so he said he would have someone call me back as soon as the store opened. Sure enough Jay called me back and said that the florist could handle my order for the same day. I was so pleased because after all it was my mistake. The florist and staff were very accommodating and so polite and pleasant. The flowers were delivered within a few hours! My stepdaughter sent me a photo of the flowers and they are absolutely gorgeous and she is super pleased with them. She said they made her day! I can't thank Blossom Shop enough. read more

I placed a last minute order this morning for a family member having surgery today and everything went flawless. When I answered my work phone the usual way, "thank you for calling [blah blah blah]. This is Alison," the response was my last name in a questioning tone. I was being called to double check a floral delivery for my name and address for that day. Since I did not order flowers for anyone, and know when my anniversary is, I couldn't help but ask if it was normal for this flower shop to call ahead and ruin surprises! Silly me, though, he wasn't ruining anything! The gentleman took a moment to explain that the drive to my work office is far and cost gas money that doesn't need to be spent if I am not going to be there -- where and when he was told to deliver the flowers. I left him my address, and they were able to confirm my information matched what was left on the order. Thank goodness my fiancé knows where I am on our anniversary. I ordered flowers To be delivered on December 23 I received a message that evening that they were not able to be delivered due to driver shortage. when they still were not delivered on the 24th or 25th, I called on the 26th to cancel the order The flowers were then delivered on the 27th. I called that evening to request some type of reimbursement and was told the manager was not available. I called again tonight, and was told that they were not willing to do any compensation. I placed two separate orders to be delivered to the same property for Mother's Day. One order was scheduled to be delivered on the Friday before Mother's Day and the second to be scheduled the Monday following Mother's Day. They did not have any availability in their schedule for Mothers day so I placed two orders for protection. They called me the Friday of my first delivery apologizing as they would not be able to delivery my flowers until the following Tuesday (four days after scheduled delivery). I chose to cancel this order as I knew I had the second order being delivered on Monday and they reassured me that my order to be delivered on Monday would not be rescheduled. Well on Monday they called me asking to reschedule the delivery to Wednesday. This was three days after Mother's Day. I asked if they could be delivered on Tuesday, since that was the day they originally quotes me for the change in my first order and she said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I initially spent over $250 with them and this company was extremely rude and did not have any sympathy for the situation they had caused. The girl I spoke with interrupted me multiple times as I was explaining my situation. Extremely poor customer service. I recommend looking elsewhere for flowers as this company does not have a good planning program, they do not know how to correctly account for inventory and have very poor customer service. I was able to find another local florist who delivered flowers same day and was super friendly. read more

I placed an order with Fromyouflowers.com on April 18th for my sister to have her Mother's Day flowers delivered on May 8th. That didn't happen so I contacted the company and they rescheduled for May 9th, then May 11th until finally it was delivered today. As of result of the delivery issues I was reassured that my arrangement would be upgraded by the florist. The arrangement that was delivered to my sister has to be a joke. This is truly a case of what I ordered vs what I received. If this is an upgrade then somebody definitely got over. My sister knows I would never order her anything like this. Completely disappointing and unacceptable. I've tried contacting the florist and the line is constantly busy. So disappointed. read more

Ordered flowers for my 6 year old daughter for Valentines day today before a posted deadline and was called 2.5 hours later and told my order couldn't be fulfilled and I couldn't pick the order up either. I was then hung up on mid sentence by the owner while trying to figure out a resolution. There was on option to use other florist where I could have gotten the order in, I have always used the Blossom Shop and now never will again, recommend you do the same. read more
