The trees were taken down and debris removed over two days. I marked my sprinklers and after they left I tested them and Yes they all worked. They did great job on removal and I had them trim another live oak to let light in as grass was dying underneath. Now I have sunshine for the dirt and will plant grass next season. Would hire them again to trim my trees as maintenance and do a another removal if needed. Negative is that I had to remove 1 trash can full of chain saw dust from the yard but then again there was A LOT of wood cut.

Installation of sprinkler and sod was scheduled for Friday and Saturday. They did part of it on Friday and left a complete mess for the holiday weekend. They did not come back to finish the job until the following Wednesday. The only communication I got from the salesman, Hank, was initiated by me, the customer, and even then he lied to me on 5 different occasions. Anytime I tried to clarify information which came from him, I was yelled at. Never, in all the years of working with various contractors, have I ever been so poorly treated. As a customer and business owner myself, I truly appreciate honesty, owning your mistakes and making it right, and being treated with respect at all times. I am highly disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service. The only thing that happened on time was the bill!
