I've shopped Potetz for years and they don't always have the item I need but its quick in and out…read moreshopping when they do. Often they ask if help is needed when entering and I've had help finding items in the past. Evidently, they must really dislike cutting vinyl to not sell any that is right there in stock, with employees available.? They have a sign posted near the machine that they don't cut vinyl after 4, which an employee stated he gets off at 4 as he pushed the button for me to see one of the styles. Not a problem since it was 3:40. I didn't linger or need a complicated order. Just one cut across and I take the whole piece. I turned to say how many feet and he had walked off to go talk to the cashiers. I went over and asked to get flooring cut and one of the ladies said, "We don't cut after 3pm, but I can get you a quote." With the time changed from 4 to 3, it was then past their cutting time so I couldn't buy it. There were no other customers in sight, a couple other employees including the guy who cuts it standing right there. Not that it isn't a task any could do. No one offered to help, and I am not sure why it was an inconvenience or why the end time changed by an hour. I didn't mean to inconvenience them buy going into the store to buy something, so I won't again.

…read more I've been wanting a zero turn for years but didn't even try because figured no way would I get financed. Yesterday I went with my husband to look at the mowers thinking that I was window shopping. Decided to try to get financed just for kicks and giggles and was approved immediately and was shocked. The customer care there is awesome. They were very helpful. The process was quick but thorough. They were very, very helpful and I highly recommend them. Even if you think there's no chance you'll get financed, try it. You'll be surprised. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, outdoor equipment and staff. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in and that's exactly what I got.

When we were lied to by Tracy (parts manager) about the parts being on "back order" -- BTW I personally called Graveley's corporate office and spoke with parts and they said that both parts were available and could be shipped out that day, I called back to Tracy and was referred to Dave. Dave said that their system might state "back order" on the parts even if they were actually in store. He took over the case and found that the parts were actually in store and had the mower repaired and returned to us within an additional seven days. We started it up and immediately had the same problem with it. We called Dave and he said that he would call us back. Having received no phone call, we drove it over to the Conroe location on August 28 (having to rent a truck as usual to do so) and when we arrived were told that the owner had decided that he didn't like our review on the internet and that they would no longer work on our mower. Classy. What a professional move. If you can't fix it, just decide to shuck off the problem to another company. Not a problem Dave. Not at all. Quite frankly it was too much trouble to deal with an unprofessional, lying, group of staff who wouldn't answer the phone (BTW they do have caller ID so if you become a "problem" don't be surprised if nobody answers :) !)
