The crew did an awesome job and were able to integrate the new flooring without the need for transition strips. Their tile work was exceptional as well. I told Mitch (5tar flooring) that after comparing with the other two vendors, he had basically no chance to do the work. The reason? He did not have any reviews. Reviews are very important to me. He apologized and told me he understood and will be available if I ever needed him in the future. After two days, only one of the other two vendors called me back, but the other guy was busy and unable to start right away. So I took a big risk and called Mitch back. Only reason I did was because he made a good impression, a true gentleman, never trying to close a sale. I am so glad I did. I am an engineer and I am proud to say I have worked with factories all over the world. I have audited plenty of places, basically I am an expert in quality with more than 40 years of field experience. I am good at spotting a work well done. The people that Mitch sent me were top notch (Carlos and a helper). I have several cameras installed in my home. So I was able to follow step by step what they were doing. Not only they worked professionally, they are some of the hardest working people I have seen in a long time. The first day they started at 10AM and left my home at 7:30PM, only resting for a 30 min lunch. Then they knocked at my door at 8:00AM as agreed on a Sunday the following day to finish the job.
