I purchased 2 scoops of material and proceeded to sit next to the pile, while the worker assigned to the loader sat and played on his phone. After he looked over at us and didn't move I proceeded to go to him and when I rolled the window down to show him that I had paid, I was told "I'm not coming over till you get out of the truck and bring him the ticket." I don't understand in this day and time, I proceeded to walk back upstairs and asked for a refund. When I was asked why and I told her what happened she claims this is not the first time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. When I left the young man assigned to the loader told me that I had way too much time on my hands and that I needed to leave.
