We have called numerous times and they give us the runaround asking us for the receipt or proof of purchase because they do not "remember". So now we are left with a damaged floor, out the money we paid for their guy to so-called fix it (even though when he showed up he admitted he had never worked with a glue down wood floor ). Will never do business with this company again nor recommend them.
