This business requires a contract stating unsold items will be donated to charity, however does not specifically state Barbara's (not you as the item's owner) is the recipients of the tax deduction. On 10/3/20, I brought in more items and was advised I didn't have $ on my account, but I didn't see any of my items, from my previous visit, displayed in the store. I returned later to pick up an item, from my second trip, that was rejected. At that time, I asked for an inventory list and it showed I had only donated SIX items on 9/1!! I later called the store and Barbara returned my call and relayed the same info....that I had only consigned 6 items on 9/1. Despite pointing out to her, a particular item that I knew I had brought in, she just said she wasn't sure what happened and that the list was correct. Soooo frustrating. I will NEVER consign with them again!! I don't recommend that anyone consign with them!!!! If you do, I'd advise compiling your own list at the time you consign and possibly taking pictures.

It's jam packed with stuff for a fun and functional kitchen. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their prices are reasonable. We stop in regularly and buy occasionally. This adventure, we picked up a veggie spaghetti maker, some mitts, and other knick-knacky stuff. I was surprised at the number of veggie spaghettifiers. Power ones, manual crank ones, hand held ones, etc. Who knew? We bought the simplest hand held model for a few bucks to test it out. So we brought it home, and completely shredded 2 zucchinis into spaghetti in a minute. After 3 minutes in the microwave, it was done. Drain it. Throw sauce on it with a tablespoon of grated cheese. Voila! Nearly no calories and delicious. Next trip, it time to get that salad spinner ... LOL. I think that zucchini needs to be spun dry!
