She has a great sense of style and understood our vision. I trusted her immediately and we figured out all the design materials quite easily. Based from my experience with the products/installation with this store, I would not recommend. I…read morewaited many years to write this debating whether I should or not, it's been about 4 years now that our home has been built and we immediately had various issues with several products and installment discrepancies...the worse being the floors...even just after less than two years after build, these LVP floors sounded like they should be about 200 years old with the sounds and many many air bubbles that are throughout the home. Our builder used this company otherwise I wouldn't have chosen them on my own, in bind site this is my biggest and most expensive regret as I will be replacing them in the near future as Chance's labor warranty is only one year and this is a problem that keeps worsening each year. Representatives from the distributor and this store came to inspect, Chance blamed Manufacturer and manufacturer blamed Chance saying improperly installed for pinch point, etc. Neither of them will actually provide the report to me to see for myself. I would say that there is no reason a house that's as new as mine should have floors with these issues and air bubbles that require me to cover with rugs all over the place to hide how awful they are, I have never experienced anything like this with LVP in any other homes I've been to. Manufacturer or installer (of which both have noted and acknowledged the issues) this is not how new flooring should be and personally I always believe a business should do right when a customer is left in a situation such as this when they are the ones that ultimately sold and installed the product. So, no, I would not recommend. Just my two cents based off of my personal experience with this company and its products.
