(I am pretty position I will not be purchasing anything from them now) If you are a store that sells only one product (i.e. flooring) please hire people with some knowledge in it. When I shop somewhere and ask an employee a question; I don't want to hear, "Maybe" or "I think that MIGHT work". If I'm going to spend our hard earned money, I must feel the employees know what they are talking about and not feeding BS. I did NOT get the feeling from talking to 3 different employees that they had ANY knowledge in the products they sell. I understand it is hard to find good help these days but please, don't just hire someone to just fill the position. Hire people with knowledge OR offer training classes for them to get this knowledge. The 3 employees I talked to day need the training ASAP.

I'll admit I'm a very detailed oriented person to a fault and they really managed to exceed our expectations!! We arrived about 10 minutes before closing so we tried to be quick but the man was very patient with us. They have HUNDREDS of frames to choose from, very good quality ones too!
