Giovanni was responsive, reliable, honest and fair. He was very transparent about his pricing. He came on-site to give me an estimate and started working on some of the smaller handyman jobs such as adding my cabinet and drawer handle pulls, swapping out my master bathroom shower head for a shower head with a wand. He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. I plan to get more work done under him. Awaiting his quote for the bigger jobs such as living room TV wall, adding stone ledgers in my master bathroom windows, recessed lighting, landscaping and a paint job. He cleaned up after he was done and he even apologized for not having his own handheld vacuum cleaner to get a precise cleaning job after his work was completed. He diagnosed the issue, determined the supply line that needed replacement and went straight to work. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. We had water damage in three rooms, including: a whole wall (and cabinetry) of our garage that had been ripped out by a water remediation company (insurance), and about 30 sq. feet of flooring that had been damaged by hurricane Harvey. They patched and restored everything immaculately. Also: we have an older home, and the siding is all plywood. No gutters, a leaky back door...basically it was 0% waterproof. They completely remodeled the back of our house, with two layers of protection (plywood and hardy), sealant, and paint to match. We've even noticed a drop in the temperature of the home. And the fence! The guys installed a pressure-treated cedar-plank fence around the exterior of the house. They even made the rot board decorative by beveling the corners.
