I only showed them the marble pictures, and tiles that I wanted to buy and I got recommendations of the whole portfolio of the hardwares. The designer took 1 step more and recommended a paint color that I ended up loving and using it for other areas. All products were mailed out on time and packed very firm. Nothing was broken. Easy communication and they always followed up. Thank you lighting boutique to make my bathroom look modern and clean.

The cust service rep was polite & knowledgeable. She said that it is best if I call the manufacturer directly cause I am the customer and will get a faster reply than her. She gave me all the product #, tel # and what to say. She said that she still can call for me but I will get the replacement part faster. So I called myself and the mfg sent the part within 10 days. but still the electrician can't make it work with the new part. I called LB again to ask for help. This time she said she will get me a replacement for the whole fan with the mfg. I got it within 2 weeks and this time it works. It looks and works good. I am very satisfied with the customer service and product knowledge from lighting boutique. Pls support small business.

We hadn't been in years, and we thought it would be a fun family trip to revisit a store we used to enjoy. When we first arrived, we were greeted warmly by the store manager, Christi, who was kind, professional, and had a genuine smile that set the right tone. The store was not busy, so it was fairly quiet, and you could easily hear my children's laughter echo through the aisles. My son is four--curious, energetic, and, like most toddlers, has a knack for exploring things he shouldn't. My one-year-old daughter giggled as he climbed into one of the large bins--yes, the sturdy, weight-bearing type designed to hold storage items. Of course, as any parent would, I told him to get out. He didn't listen immediately (because, well, he's four), but he wasn't hurting anyone or causing damage. Had anything happened, we're responsible parents and would've made it right. That's why I was completely shocked when an employee named John came marching from the opposite end of the store with a stern, unpleasant expression. Without so much as acknowledging us--the parents--he looked directly at my children and said, in a sharp tone, "Hey kids, get out of there because if you break, you buy." Then he turned and walked away. Not only was this incredibly unprofessional, it was completely inappropriate to speak to someone else's children in that manner. You don't approach toddlers with jargon they don't even understand. You address the parents first. His tone, body language, and delivery made the situation feel unnecessarily hostile and condescending--especially toward two very young kids who were simply being kids. Whether John was having a bad day or just lacks basic customer service skills, it was unacceptable. It left me embarrassed, upset, and frankly appalled that this was how a paying customer and her family were treated--especially in a store that prides itself on organization, sophistication, and service. Although Christi was not aware of what had happened during our visit, her calm and gentle spirit at checkout reminded me what great customer service should feel like. She treated us with genuine kindness and professionalism, completely unaware of the negative experience we'd just had with her employee. Unfortunately, her warmth wasn't enough to undo the damage caused by that interaction. This experience has completely changed how we view this location, and sadly, it will be the last time my family and I shop here. I sincerely hope The Container Store addresses this type of behavior and ensures no other family is ever made to feel the way we did that day.

Comprised of both the main store and an intake area, StillGoode dominates the shopping strip. Apparently consignment is by appointment only, but this review is not about that process, it's about the fun stuff, furniture shopping! Browsing from aisle to aisle, it was clear that everything was in pretty good shape. While the shop as a whole embraced traditional furniture offerings, I occasionally ran across a few items in other styles (an oversized burl coffee table, boucle accent chairs, and various farmhouse pieces for example). The pricing is pretty competitive, especially if you're willing to overlook a few minor markings of wear and tear. It far more expensive than your Goodwill, or Junior Forum, but less expensive than your inner loop curated consignment boutique, and certain a better value that purchasing new. More than that I appreciate the demeanor of the staff. They're helpful but not at all overbearing. They're friendly and available without hovering. It's a relaxed, low pressure environment that allows the customer to feel comfortable taking their time to make decisions. In addition to carrying high quality furniture they also carry decor, framed artwork, jewelry, and handbags. Although my husband and I didn't find anything on this trip, I'm sure we'll be back in a few months to take a look at the new inventory.

I walked out with 5 items and $75.00 later. How crazy is that?!?! These weren't even the "Aroma…read moreTherapy" line. The sign says, "Buy 3 get 2 Free". They ring everything up, then discount a percentage off each item, kind of like creative financing in the 80's. They do it this way because each item has to get taxed. If they did it the other way there wouldn't be taxes. So you are still responsible for paying tax on each item, no free bath wash. Even when I've received coupons and used them, I've still ended up leaving there with a huge chunk of change out of my wallet, wondering "how" I received a "discount". It would be well worth it if they carried my favorites continuously, but no. Whenever my previous purchase runs out and I have to go buy a new set of body wash, lotion and spritz, they have totally changed the label or do not carry it in that formula any longer. So I end up wandering the store dodging the high pressure sales ladies on the floor, looking for something previously comparable. Ugh! Very frustrating. They do have a whole new expanded store, but if I end up staying there too long, the combined smells nauseate me. I will try going back in at a later time when the sting has worn off my wallet. Oh, I forgot to mention their candles. They do have a pretty dope section of wonderfully fragranced candles, to match the whole layering of body wash, body lotion and body spritz. My previous two stars is now three because I do like the car visor biscuits that leave your car smelling great.
