It's been a while since I've been to HomeGoods. Needed a dog bed, and heard that they had a great selection at reasonable prices. This whole area is under construction due to the expansion of FM 1960. Be aware, as part of the parking lot is blocked off for the construction crew and traffic/access can be a real juggle. Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out. read more

First off, the store smelled dirty carpet and mildew. As I went in it was completely disorganized and a lot of things on the my walkway on the floor. Also not to mention the over excessive long wait to just get one item. There was a long line almost circling and there was only two cashiers, and also not to mention once I was actually able to be checked out the cashier gave attitude as if they didn't want to check me out. Your average HomeGoods store with tons of things that's hard to resist when becoming a new homeowner. However being a homeowner for 2 years, I still can never resist not buying what I DON'T need. With so much to choose from, and all sorts of styles, it's no wonder it's difficult to leave here without an cart full of home goods! Hah! read more

This store is a hot mess. Not only is it cluttered and unorganized, it smells funky. Other store locations do not have this problem.

It was a moment when I entered HomeGoods for the first time. I had not had seen such a great amount of things that were so much fun to browse in one place that was not the run-of-the-mill stuff you would find at Amazon or Walmart. And it constantly changes, never the same store when you go in as the inventory moves and updates all the time. I love it!! It is my new favorite place since we live wayyyy too far from Central Market (haven't been there in years). It is my guilty pleasure, hubby knows when I say I am going to town 'to go goof around' where he can find me. I never leave there empty-handed and have to smell all the candles, look at all the new housewares and see if there are any new cute outfits for my grandbabies (or a new blouse for me). I buy my purses here now too, they have a pretty good selection and I usually get a new one every 3 years or so. The knick-knacks for decor get to me every time, they are so original and offbeat...kinda like me I guess. Ha! You will find me on weekends holding up traffic in one of the aisles, just say Hi and I will move over. read more

1. Service - friendly and helpful staff 2. Price - If you went to Bed Bath and Beyond or at a Department store, and thought the item you wanted was expensive, check out this place. You won't regret it. It's like half the cost of what you pay at other stores. 3. Ambiance - it feels like being in a Marshall store (wait a minute....this is part of Marshall's!) But they sell mainly household items and not clothes. 4. Products - nice quality name brand stuff. Do I need to say more? 5. Organization - everything is in it's place. I'm a first time home owner, and some firend have recommended me to shop at off-price retailer for the good price and deal, but it not worth it if the front service is rude and the manger are worse, I just wanted to know if something could be held as my wallet was not with me "this item was less then 10$" I would have been fine if they talked to me with so respect and were understanding but they didn't they said I had to purchase or someone else can buy it in the most annoyed and with a attitude voice, I get it but if they just sympathizes with me and inform me that it in the policy and there nothing they can do. I would have been more than happy and would have came back and thanked them for trying but now they can keep there products. They need reevaluation as the front service is were most of the interaction is done and this could either have a costumer leaving excited to come back or never wanting to come back and thank to unprofessional employees I won't be returning:( read more

This store is always disorganized every time I've been in, but in a charming way. I don't care that merchandise is clogging up the already narrow aisles waiting to be stocked. I get a chance to browse at my leisure and possibly be the first to find something one of a kind! Each trip is akin to an adventure, I am always trying to search out the crystal section. Not fine crystal, ( although they do carry some), but rather the rocks and multi-faceted kind. I am a crystal collector of sorts and am never disappointed here. This was my first visit to this store, but it will be my last visit to this location. I did like the store and the variety of items. I will visit other locations in the future, just not the one in Willowbrook. I picked up five items, one was from the clearance section. The manager rung it up, but then peeled off the clearance sticker and sold it to me at full price. The item did ring up with the correct description, so I'm not sure if there was a legitimate reason for this. She even had difficulty peeling it off, but she made dang sure she did. The remaining residue tells me the sticker had been on that item a while and wasn't recently placed. I still bought the item, because $20 isn't an issue, but I do feel that if the price was marked, that is the price that the item should have been. Also, she broke one of the items I purchased when she bagged it. I will have to put that back together, since it was the only one I found in the store. I noticed that she broke it after I got home. It had been in perfect condition when I picked it up in the store, because I took the time to pick it out. In the end, she forgot to give me one of the items that I purchased, so now I have to make another trip tomorrow. I'm not sure what can or will be done, but I will be contacting the corporate office about this visit. read more

Such a great place to do some browsing and shopping. It is always pretty busy here, but the employees do a great job of keeping it somewhat organized. That's a big task to ask when the store has so many different items. They have always been very helpful with anything that I've needed. Get in there and find you some amazing items at a very reasonable cost. read more

So disappointed in this store. Merchandise blocking isles, things all over the floor, nothing neat. Trash on floor in lobby and floor in front. Merchandise on floor in front windows that has fallen down there. Not attractive or as appealing as other Home Goods I have shopped in. Won't be going back. read more

Disgusting bathrooms. The store is nice except the bathrooms. I've asked to have it cleaned. It was not cleaned. For years this place has the most disgusting ladies bathroom. How can you have a clean store but gross poop every where bathrooms? read more

Everything that I expected it ro be and more! At first sights, I thought it was a little small, but walking around the store at a non-peak hour, it overwhelming (which I love!) I felt like my eyes weren't big enought! I needed bigger eyes to look with. This store is very organized and clean. The employee was suoser nice and helpful. The parking lot is shared with other stores, so there is plenty of parking. They have all your needs and wants for the house, go here first!!!! read more

With Marshall's and HomeGoods right next to each other, I'm surprised they're not connected to each other like other locations. This location is right off 1960, across from Willowbrook mall. Super easy to find and plenty of parking. I stop by here everytime I feel like filling up my home with some fun decors or need some kitchen supplies. Employees are typically friendly and it's generally clean. Restrooms are located in the back, to the right. I found majority of my kitchen supplies here and for Easter, they have so many cute decors! read more

They have great stuff. I recommend going first thing in the morning because the store is more organized and less people I feel. The only con I would give is that the it can be crowded and it's hard to get your cart through the aisles because there's so much stuff. That why is I get there early! But I always find great things! read more

This location has a great amount of kids toys, which is lacking at most other locations! Also, the furniture section is organized and easy to maneuver around with a cart, which does not happen easily at other locations. Several gentlemen work here, which is great when you need someone to bring heavy pieces to checkout and your vehicle. Some aisles are a little cluttered, but that comes with all discount stores. This location is worth the drive for me! read more

Home goods has very nice selection of decorative stuff at a good quality. It was a little messy and crowded.

Today is the first time I've shopped at this location. The staff were all very helpful and cheerful. The girl who checked me out was very polite, despite having to redo the sale, as I decided to get just 1 chair instead of 2. I picked the chair up at closing and still, everyone was cheerful, helpful and polite. I love my chair, but even if I didn't, I would still give 5 stars, based on the staff! read more

Love me some HomeGoods but this location .... it's a mess! Literally! Stuff shoved everywhere hard to push your cart down an aisle - nonetheless pass another shopper! Never more than 2 cashiers - even when there is a line 20 deep they don't call for back up. This store needs some TLC from their corporate headquarters or management that's on top of things at least!! read more

All things considered during this time with restrictions etc- This HomeGoods was by far the cleanest and most organized (for a HomeGoods) I have ever been to. Selection was great. Store was busy. The staff was friendly and helpful! I don't live in this side of town but will make the trip to this store going forward. read more

We visited this new store after Christmas and thou it has amazing beautiful things mainly mostly for home decor. Wasnt best time to shop post Holidays eveything was slim pickings. We did find some discounted Christmas goods for baking. Employees were nice and I will probably go check it out again..but maybe end of January. They did have similar things to sister store TjMaxx! read more

i literally walked into this store at Willowbrook and turned around and walked right out. The store is so crowded with items on shelves and in the aisles that you would not be able to get a shopping basket down any of the aisles. it is just junked up and not even appealing to shop there. i will NEVER be back to that store. read more
