The guys who delivered were courteous and put the sectional together and did micro movements for me to get it exactly where I wanted it. The sales man offered to sell us 40 dollars worth of products they had and said that is the best they could do. We have hoped the company would have been more accommodating than that. We understand that, if the sofa was couple years old, we would need to buy product, but this sofa is new. A High end store should be more customer focused. We are disappointed. Feels like we worked with a used car salesman.

The store has a ton of neat treasures and antiques, something for everyone! Tanja is super friendly and helpful and it was fun perusing the store and gaining knowledge from her. I love the eclectic collection of antiques and the repurposed items that have his own unique spin. Even when I don't buy anything, I leave with inspiration for my own home decorating. Before long we were testing floor models and decided to take home some fabrics of leather. Ordered a couch with reclining ends, and two separate recliners. Custom high quality leather and the different options allowed us to pick our finishes. Brien told us about 3 months custom order, but order arrived in 9 weeks. Brien's knowledge, expertise and patience made the process seamless. Very pleased with our new leather furniture!

We have been so disappointed in our purchases. The furniture sits nothing like the set in the show…read moreroom. Beyond the furniture being uncomfortable and not what we hoped for appearance-wise, it has not held up well. A repairman came out to address the sagging of the leather on the back of the sofa but informed me that it would happen again as soon as I used my recliner so it wasn't worth fixing. I don't usually recline the seat, so the unevenness and sagging (pictured below) seems excessive. On a positive note, the staff is very pleasant even though they were unable to remedy any of our problems.
