Their customer service is beyond amazing and they were supportive of my career as a first responder. Every piece I purchased is holding up really well including the bed frame that has to deal with two great danes who like to use it as a wrestling ring when I'm not in the room. The wonderful lady that completed my order even went above and beyond when she was told that the original basic dresser I had chosen was on backorder. In order to get every piece to arrive on time before the storm that was coming was supposed to hit the area she upgraded the dresser for me and it looked even better! Never have I ever had an attendant 3 steps behind me (while she was on her phone, and staring off when acknowledged). When I finally had enough and asked, "why?" I was told it's their "customer service protocol". Even my 9 year old brother did not believe that. Like I said, I've spent too much money on their overpriced, used records to believe their less than ideal sales tactics.
