I've always loved the products here, but my recent experience was absolutely wonderful!…read more I was in Houston for a wedding this past weekend and was at the mall grabbing a few things when I walked past Lush. I decided to stop in as I wanted to get a gift for the friend I was staying with as a "thanks for letting me crash with you" gift. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee! I wandered around on my own at first, then walked back to that employee as I needed a little help. She was quick to help, ask questions to understand what I needed and guided me to what I was looking for. At some point, another employee took over for her and he was equally helpful and friendly! I found a couple things for my friend and he helped me pick out a nice little box to put them in to create a little gift set for her. Not only was the experience lovely, but I only ended up spending about $35! Super reasonable pricing, especially since I know that these products are top notch. Thanks for helping me out with what I needed, y'all! I appreciate it!

The place is very bright and you are greeted when you come in, but that's about it. I was looking for a certain type of crochet hair, but they didn't even carry Fretress, which is the basic well known general synthetic hair that you should find in most beauty supply--excelt this one. They had alot of brands O had never seen in my life-indicatuve that they are buying the cheapest hair and charging the highest price for it. I passed. Better prices and quality brands in the hood. In a pinch, I might buy hair accessories here, buy definetly not the hair.
