If you want to shop at Target come to this store. It's free of all the busy buzzing of the Target located in the front of the Woodlands and you can often find the items that run out at the "other" "Tarjay". We always get popcorn and an ICEE so we were standing in line and a customer bought my kids their popcorn and ICEE because she said they remind her of her grandkids! What? Thank you kind stranger! I like Target, but find their prices to be a bit high in general on things other than clothing. This specific location is always busy so stock is typically low and especially with the holidays upon us. Store layout is different which doesn't help a memory challenged individual very much either...me. People working are very cordial and always ask if help is needed finding something, making suggestions, etc. Their children's and teen section for clothing is great, always cute items and at a reasonable price. Plenty of parking and a Starbucks to boot. read more

Wouldn't let me buy milk to feed my baby. This is an evil corporation! To have the manager take something from me that I already purchased is theft, to have the store manager take the milk away from me that I purchased for my baby to eat is down right evil and sinister. For someone to tell a father that they can't feed there child is horrible but for that same person to take that from the father after he purchased it is on a whole different level. As an avid Target shopper and frequent visitor I will no longer be shopping at Target because of this store. Their lack of concern for masks (allowing nearly 40% of customers) enter the store without masks is completely unacceptable and a complete disregard for other customers. We ordered online for a pickup and went to this target to pick it up. As you can see in the photo, there is a huge sign saying order pickup but no staff. While we stood there for 5 mins or so, red shirts and mgrs would smile or look at us, but no one says anything - let alone gets our order. eventually i walked over and ask. I was told we had to use the return exchange line and we should get in line. crazy!!! there is a huge sign for order pickup folks. Cannot anyone at this target read? Store opened May 9 2008 - yes I remember the date because this store is that good! It is always immaculate and well stocked - or in the process of being well stocked. Even the women's and family restrooms are amazing. {With the exception of the high velocity air hand dryers which my son cannot stand because they are too loud} Employees especially in the clothing, electronics and shoe departments are eager to assist customers in finding exactly what they are looking for. If a question ever arises employees are very available and if they cannot answer a question will find someone who can. There is very little {if any I haven't *examined* the wheels} if any metal in the shopping carts making them easily recyclable. They have a wonderfully stocked discount item area at the front of the store where I always end up finding something. I prefer this store to the Tomball location. I cannot give the reason a name or an apt description - all I can say is that it just *feels* better to shop in there than the Tomball location. read more

Lazy lazy employees with no sense of customer service. They think you work for them. Instead of having an employee fetch a replacement item for something that broke during check out, the staff (Liz) told the woman she can get it herself. Note that the woman had just paid for a full wagon and was carrying a child. Carrying!! Not pushing. But the lazy zombie employees instead just shuffled around and had the lady get it herself. With everything she had bought. They weren't busy. It was slow and old Liz just wandered around a bit kind of looking confused. So lazy. Such poor customer service. I am appalled at the amount of people who enter this store not wearing masks. The employees play an automated message on the overhead speakers which clearly states that masks are required, but they don't enforce this rule at all. I saw over a dozen inconsiderate people not wearing a mask and the staff simply ignored it. In fact, I saw an anti-masker HUG an employee who helped her while another stood by - and neither of the employees said anything. Will never be returning. Shameful. read more

I do my best to stay away from Target - but that's only because it's hard not to spend money in the store. This target is always clean, has always had very friendly staff and has always had exactly what I am looking for. I can't say that for all the targets I have visited. The store offers free wifi to help you do price checks or whatever else you need to use your phone for while you're shopping (say you're a wwf junkie), they have food, beer and wine so you could knock out some Xmas shopping and food shopping at the same time, AND they have a Starbucks (A full bux, not just a "we proudly brew) so you can get your caffein fix before or after you shop. read more

I will never be back to this location. Employees are rude and don't care for their customers. I live in The Woodlands, but was in the area so I decided to stop at this Location.... Last week I stopped by to pick up a few items and I waited in line to pay. I guess the cashier was new because she kept calling for assistance. The customer in front of me was attempting to pay and another employee stopped by to answer the new cashiers questions. After the customer in front of me left the same employee came back as I was unloading my things from my cart and I overheard the employee talking about the customer that was in front of me who had just left the store. The employee told the cashier to remember that customers face because the customer is always trying to scam cashiers to get an additional discount. I had the cashier scan my items and I attempted to use a coupon for a few items I had and I was told that I could not use a coupon. The cashier called for assistance again and the same employee who was talking about the customer who had just left came to assist the cashier. The employee looked mad and annoyed, she told the cashier that I could not use the coupon because I can't use coupons on clearances items. The employee never acknowledge me, and the the cashier handed me my coupon and told me that I could not use the coupon, so I paid. Even though I know that their policy allows me to use a coupon on clearance I let it go because it wasn't a big deal to me, it was only a $2 coupon. I was in fact bothered by the other employees attitude, so I then went to customer service to get the corporate number and regional managers name and before I could ask for the information the customer service rep began to tell me why she would not take my coupon. I told her that I was not there for that. I'm assuming the employee had gone straight to customer service after leaving the cashier thinking I would go there to get a discount of some sort. I was told the employee who was running back and forth is actually a "supervisor". I was so upset and embarrassed I called corporate to make a complaint. I don't believe that employees should be talking about customers in front of other customers. There a time and place for that. Supervisors should try to provide better customer service. If the "supervisor" would have acknowledged me I would of been fine, but she was very rude and never said a word to me. I was completely embarrassed, I've never been treated like that in my life. I do majority of my shopping at Target. I've had my wedding registry and recently my baby registry with Target, but I won't be doing business anymore the whole ordeal was uncalled for. Geez, not even a minute I had AP following me, I was so embarrassed. I mean, I was in hurry yes, but who isn't these days. Well anyway, I was shopping for jewelry, and this kid, was behind me pretending to buy watches, I can sense the feeling of someone watching me, and he ducks. Omg! I wanted to check out what it was, since I have had stalkers. Turns out it's AP, not even 5 minutes into the store. First of all, very uncomfortable shopping! I felt disrespected as a person, I understand people actually steal, my mother in law is manager for Asset Protection for another company. Anyway, probably it was racial profiling, or ignorance. This person was like 10 feet away from me. Very uncomfortable, good job!!! This was my first trip to this target location and it was a pleasant experience. I came when all toys were 25% off and they aisles were crowded but there were still lots of employees to help out. The aisles were well stocked and check out was quick. The parking lot was cleared of carts and the store looked really clean and well organized. Overall a great trip. read more

Decided to visit this Target while we were in the area one day. It is pretty good. The staff was not super friendly at this location. They have pretty much the standard items as all the rest. It was pretty crowded the day we visited and there were only a few registers open to check out. Probably will not return to this location unless in the area. I will not go out of my way to come to this location. read more
