I purchased something online for two dollars and brought four of them but when I checked out, it charged me 36 something. When I went to pick them up and asked them about the price. The lady did try to help, but the manager would not take the screenshot that I took saying it was two dollars. read more

I've conducted business with this particular location several times over the past few years and I'm a Veteran. It's exhausting that companies use their Veteran discount gimmick and special parking privileges just to get Veterans to shop there and give them a meager ten percent discount when they have a markup of fifty to two hundred percent, or more! The service has always been deplorable and nonexistent at this particular location. A majority of the employees walk right past you. Three months ago, I purchased Spectracide Terminate- insecticide for termites and carpenter ants, which comes with a powered spray gun. I used it once when I bought it, and I went to use it again today, a couple months later. While the little gun makes noise to spray, nothing comes out, I made sure the valves were open, made sure the hose inside the poison was connected, nothing works, as usual, overpriced, low quality, corporate, garbage. I brought it back to Lowe's to exchange for another one and the returns cashier was less than friendly. I had to wait 20 minutes for a manager, who looked like he was 12 years old, only to tell me that there's nothing they can do, that the system won't allow them to do anything. This has been a very common and convenient excuse among corporations- that way the human element is taken out of decision-making. I'm sick and tired of it! These multi billion dollar corporations have zero customer service. I will never set foot in Lowe's again and I will make sure to spread the word to as many people as I can. People should consider not patronizing these horrible companies. read more

Part 2 to my review of the Kuykendahl store. Laura from the Kuykendahl store told me part of my order was transferred to this store and they waited until the morning of delivery to cancel part of my order. I called customer service and spoke with Tammy ( delivery manager), and she was rude and had an attitude as if the issue were my fault! Ridiculous! I don't usually go to Lowe's because they're higher than Home Depot, and after this I definitely won't be going. Paying higher prices for incompetency and bad customer service? No thanks!!!! read more

Today I just needed to make a few keys, minute key machine is awesome.. I always have a good experience at all Lowes locations. Love the app, if you want you can pre order and have stuff waiting for pickup and or in a locker. They have self checkout and love the veteran parking and discount. I use the app to locate what I'm looking for and to know the isle# and pricing...also when I need to rebuy I just look at my purchase history . read more

Deceptive pricing. Pricing on the racks differs greatly from pricing at checkout. They figure either you won't realize the up charge, or are too lazy to go back to the racks to verify pricing. Birdseed on rack? $9.99. At checkout? $11.99. Hose bid adapter on rack? $8.98. At checkout $12.98. $6 dollars per profit to their bottom line if I didn't check and call them out on it. Won't be going back to Lowe's. At least not this deceptive location. read more

bought a low-voltage lighting kit for the garden. Did not work. Took it back for a refund. Refund denied because I could not find the receipt. Took it back home and tried to make it work using the instructions included, but they did not address either of the issues I was in conjuring. Took it back to the store to exchange it. Was told that it was no longer sold at that store. Tried to upgrade by paying more for another kid, but cashier would not take back the faulty kit, even though it was a Lowes brand and obviously in perfect other than not working and could only have been bought. Subsequently found out that the cashier who told me that the product was actually misread the system, and in fact there are several other branches of Lowe's, so I am going to try again to do a straight exchange of the faulty item for a new one. read more

I purchased a LG washer on 4/17/25. I also added the Lowe's 5-yr advantage plan to my purchase. I used the washer on 4/19/25, 2 loads, then traveled internationally for 2 weeks. The door of the unit was left open to dry in that it the washer seemed to have excessive moisture inside. I returned home to a strong smell of mold in the washer unit and my laundry room. I ran a tub clean cycle twice in an attempt to remove the smell. I laundered 1 load of clothing and the clothes themselves were removed with the smell of mold. Friday night, May 2nd, I immediately contacted the Spring store (20201 N. IH 45) and spoke to my sales representative Tyler. He expressed his regrets, noted my contact information and said bc of the uniqueness of the situation, he would pass along to both his dept and store manager. Saturday, May 3rd next morning, they had not called. I called the store twice attempting to speak to the store manager the next morning. When I was finally able to reach the manager on the line, he was not at all regretful of the situation and bumped me off on the delivery team. No resolve or immediate solution offered. It was then I decided to delay purchase of the sidekick washer and supplemental storage stands! My patronage doesn't matter. Angela, the warehouse customer service representative who then immediately contacted me via phone, like Tyler, explained the 'normal' protocol and expressed regret with a great deal of professionalism. She may be one of the primary motivations for me ever patronizing Lowe's again. I attempted to follow up with the 1-888-775-7937 number provided. Three calls and I l got nowhere with the automated system. Never was I able to reach a customer service representative. I completed an online request through claims/lowesprotect that resulted in a claim denied and no other recourse being recommended. I completed the feedback link at Lowe's Protect to advise I would be following up with a BBB complaint and note to corporate. I am an executive and have now invested greater time and resource than the cost of the LG washer itself. This entire process is extremely disappointing! I will await resolve to my concern from Lowe's....5 days. If not resolved with a new washer delivered to my home, I will obviously throw this mechanically defective unit away. So much for the 20+ years I have been doing business with and shopping Lowe's. read more

just waited over 30 minutes for someone to help me and my poor husband to cut some plexiglass. they got paged about 5 times, and then finally an employee on facetime let us know that there is no plexiglass cutter working at all today. wouldn't even be mad if they had told us they couldn't help us the first time. or maybe even the second time. ruined my day read more

Horrific customer service. Go to Lowe's. Return/Item Pickup id a joke. Places was empty of customers - employees at the desk ignored me completely while they stood around playing and joking with one another. I have worked in retail for years - if I caught any employee acting like that and talking to customers (me) the way that girl did, she would have been fired on the spot. Go to Home Depot!! Just across the street. I have spent thousands to redo my house - still have half a house left. Lowe's doesn't get a single extra penny for it. read more

This place can't get an order correct and send dead plants. When you finally reach a representative they do nothing. This place is awful. I'm furious! I've waste money here read more

If I could give 0 stars to this place I would. Customer service is horrible, my husband had a bad experience couple of weeks ago. Then today I ordered something online and figured I would be in and out right? Nope, been here for already 20 min waiting at the customer service line and I parked on the pickup section which says for only 15 min. Ha! Yeah right!! They should really change that time. Last time I will ever order anything from Lowe's. Don't care how cheap it is, I will pay more just to go somewhere else. Overall it took about 25 to 30 min for another person to finally come and help and she didn't know how to do pick up orders. Great!! Thankfully my husband went looking for the product while we were in line and he had just texted me when the lady had made that comment. So much easier and faster to literally go to the store and just buy the product off the shelf than doing an online pick up order. read more

When I walk into a Lowe's, all I see are possibilities. Lately I have been in love with spending time outside working on my yard. Yes I have killed some plants. Sorry plants! But I have some that are thriving. They also have a good grilling section. I love spending time walking the grilling section trying to figure out what other accessories I would possibly need. My biggest complaint is the checkout lane when it gets a little busy. They need to have better line marker or signs. It can be a bit confusing. read more

Sat outside for 25 minutes after I checked in for curbside and nobody came. I walked inside waited for what felt another 10 minutes while a woman argued about paint. The employee finally helped me and told me she is sorry about the curbside no employees available for curbside past 5pm because the manager got rid of the employees. Even though there was 2 other people outside parked and waiting. read more

Horrible management! There's a reason for the 1.5 star ratings! Home Depot from here on out after my latest issue. Horrible, horrible!! My biggest concern is when you call corporate to make them aware of management issues @ this store all corporate does is say they will send a message to the store manager. Is this the twilight zone????? I called corporate because of the manager & Im supposed to expect the store to fix the problem they've created with management & the way they treat customers. When I asked for the district managers email all corporate would give me is a first name: Kevin. Well Kevin your store number 0563 has a problem....management! Starts at the top sir! Roll the camera footage from 7/23/23 customer service area! read more

Apathy reigns supreme. I don't know what it is but I consistently have really poor service. Today might be the last time I go there. Completely apathetic and untrained people at the register. Borderline offensive management and certainly rude. The details at this point are less Important than the fact that this happens every time I go here. I've gone from being a big fan of Lowe's to more and more going right across the street to Home Depot. I have never experienced bad service there. read more

Customer service is some of the worst I've seen in the entire city and surroundings. Everyone I asked for help had an attitude and just simply not willing to help out even when I was purchasing a high ticket item. This is why I rather go to homedepot when possible. Really upset at Lowe's, their inventory is not accurate and the customer service is subpar. read more

The worst customer service ever. They have items showing that can only be ordered online.. so why would in waste my time coming to your store. Got a lawnmower back in March, got the 3 year protection plan. It broke and went back to see if they could repair or get a new one, after going back and foward with 2 different managers they were able to take my lawnmower and send it to get fixed. I was told no more that a week, this was on 9/19. Today they called and asked for all my info, why? Well because they lost my info they never send my lawn mower to get fixed, that is what i was told. I called the manager and asked what was going on and completly lied to me and said that the manufacture never picked it up and that it happens and that i was at the mercy of the manufacture!!!! Then i was told they are going to send it next wednesday to get it fixed,(oct 4th) 15 days, yes 15 days from the inital day i took it in just to send it to see if it can be fixed. Lowe's you have got to do better, this will be my last purchase from Lowe's. read more

After reading reviews I can not in good faith recommend any business that doesn't value its customers experiences; or that customer dollars by providing simple Stella customer service. I remember a time when a customer was appreciated for patronizing a business (the Mom and Pop stores). This is the reason Amazon is going to kill the retail market! I'm a tool fanatic and love wood working and construction.. as a handyman I seen how customers must wait and wait and wait to get help in these stores. There have been times I stop my hunt to help lowe's customers find items. Lowe's please explain to us all what is the issue with you stores and the management of them? read more

Horrible managemen, I had an issue with multiple bags of mulch busting as I tried to pick them up to put in my cart. After the 4th bag of mulch busting I decided to take my business elsewher. I did go by customer service to make them aware of my issue & when management came over the guy with teal highlights decided to dismiss my concern & walk off. I called corporate as well to make them aware of the fundamental issue where the leadership at this Lowes is horrible & no wonder they have faulty products. the employees are a reflection of management like it or not! Greatful for time stamped receipts & cameras for corporate to verify every single thing that happened. management takes the prize for being a great example of how NOT to treat paying customers. You're better off going to Home Dspot right across the parking lot. I now see why this store has a 1.5 star rating! read more

This Lowe's is right by my house. You wont find me there buying anything other than maybe some flowers, seeds, soil or other landscaping/gardening stuff. I leave the hard labor for my brother or whomever wants to do it...which will definitely not be me! Huge store, great selections. I have purchased paint for Lowe's, which turned out pretty. Their products run from very low to very high end materials. You can make a very beautiful kitchen or a very nice patio. If only I had a person who would work for gum, I would have them build me some stuff!! Yeah I would!! read more

Tristan was phenomenal! Give the man a raise! We purchased a grill online. Unbeknown to us, it was assembled and too big to fit in our SUV. The three men who brought the grill outside left. We completely understood why the grill couldn't be disassembled after being professionally assembled. We considered walking back in to return it. Of his own fruition, one of the three men, Tristan, went inside and asked his manager if he could help disassemble the grill in 99 degree weather! He returned with tools and helped us load the grill into our car. We were blown away by his great attitude and work ethic! read more

I needed a new kitchen faucet -- and I needed it quick. Somehow I broke the handle on my current one, so I needed to buy a new one right away. Lowe's was my first stop. If they had what I wanted, they'd be my one and only stop. So many faucets! I knew I needed one that would fit in a one- or three-hole sink (but I only have one hole outlet), so that narrowed my choices. And I wanted one with a pull-out spray handle. Again, that limited what I had to choose from. That in and of itself would have given Lowe's a 2-star rating. Every one of their faucets that fit in these categories also came with a separate lotion/soap dispenser. Knowing that I could never use that part (it wouldn't fit in my sink), I was literally paying for something that would sit in the box in the garage or be thrown away. Lowe's had NO faucets, in fact, (pull-out handle or not) that did not come with that separate lotion/soap dispenser. However, there was a very nice salesman who did give us some advice. We had some questions which were answered clearly and he offered to assist us with anything that we may have needed. Because he was there and willing to help, I've bumped up their rating to 3 stars. Hubby and I left Lowe's with no faucet, because I wasn't going to spend a chunk of change for something that contained parts that would sit in the box unused. read more

No wonder they have the worst reviews. I went in for door hardware and was told by one guy that it's all special order then found a set right in front of us. I wanted bronze and they had nothing out so I went to customer service since the first guy was no help. The next guy didn't even bother to look and said "yeah all that stuff is online now". Do better. Just do better. Zero sense that all the stuff would be online when people literally come here to buy stuff for their homes. Not to mention he didn't look at all. read more

Their system are apparently so complex and or outdated that not even employees and or manager are able to figure it out. Went in store and bought a stove, mistake number 1. Lowe's should be utterly careful with their arrogant and bluntly fuck you attitude towards customers when Home Depot is across the street or they are doomed to end up like Circuit City. Even Best Buy appears to be a ray of sunshine compared to Lowe's and their outsourced delivery service. For some reason my order ended up as an online order. Mistake number 2. I have had Home Depot delivery a washer, a dryer, a fridge and a dishwasher but their service managed to delivery promptly. Sadly that is not the case for Lowe's. Purchased a stove under the pretext of two day delivery, but guess what, XPO did not bother to show up during the said four hour window. A few hours later he bothers to call to tell that he might be able to show up in 45 minutes. This would be at 10pm at best. After waiting a whole day. I asked for a 9am next day delivery but then he went on some arrogant rant about that is not how it worked and he could not promise anything. The following day I go back to the store and during the conversation the XPO representative said one thing to the Lowe's employee and one thing to me- during the same conversation. Somehow a third party of the third party can deliver it as an emergency delivery. 8 Hours later they show up, drop it off with the statement "we do not do installations". Despite the attacked ticket that says "customer have power cable, install and haul away old". Back to the store we go. A store manager literally says "what do you want me to do"? How about deliver and install the paid stove that I have been waiting for on now going on five days? Lowe's and XPO is nothing but a fraud and scam that only enjoys playing the customer for a fool and leave it up to others to figure out the issue. So here we are. 5 days later and my stove is its original box, in the middle of my living room with a label that says otherwise. First and last time Lowe's get any money. They will take your money and blame everybody else, every time. I have never, ever, encountered this kind of bullshit, or bluntly we do not care about our customers attitude. They even manged to fuck up the return and refund. Two weeks after they hauled the oven away, I had to yet once again go down to the store to ask where the refund was. When I ask the representative if she could tell me where the oven actually was I was told that she does not do guessing games. I am not asking you to guess, I am asking you to take the paper I just gave you and look it up. After a while they manage to figure out where the oven is and once again tell me they will do a refund. I go across the street to Home Depot and buy the same oven. Two days later the oven is installed and the old hauled away. By a friendly and highly efficient guy. You should be ashamed Lowe's. read more

Worst CustomerService Ever!!! Find another Lowe's. I had to ask several employees for help and was virtually ignored. Cashers wasn't any better. To top off the worst shopping experience EVER. Penny the greater on the way out. I said I had a horrible experience and she waved her hand at me without even looking at me and said "Buh bye" and totally dismissed me. I'm done with Lowe's!!! Shopping at Lowe's was a horrible experience.I went to Lowe's to purchase a finish nail gun and nails. I was treated like a thief I showed them my receipt and showed them that It had been no more then 3 minutes since I had made the purchase. They told me I could not get a refund or replacement .It made me very upset to be paying for a new gun and receiving and old beat up nail gun. read more

Where do I start. Horrible location and I expect more from lowes. Felt as though I was in Walmart and I hate that place. My human had an awful experience. He will NEVER order an appliance from Lowes again. They use a 3rd party delivery company that is horrible. The driver spoke almost no English and could not find my address which is about 2 miles from the store. The driver wouldn't listen and was argumentative. I tried to explain the subdivision is new but he wouldn't listen and ultimately hung up on me about 3 times then never would answer his phone. the freezer never was NOT delivered. I called the main customer line 800-445-6937 and they were busy so after 20 minutes I selected to be called back. Guess what??? They never did call back!! I called the 800-810-6102 number and they are trying to find out what happened. So here I am w/o the freezer and still no status... I will go into the Lowes today and speak to a manager... if one is available. WOW! what an awful experience. I would rate this a ZERO if the score went that low!!! I finally spoke with an awesome associate named Pamela. She is in the warehouse and she may have salvaged the experience. Apparently the driver has issues... no doubt but she will get the freezer on the truck and delivered tomorrow. If she pulls this off, I will not change the rating but its good to know there are professionals like Pamela that CARE!!! I hope Lowes gives her a promotion. she should be running the store! read more
