Have a special customized part or special need other parts stores cannot help you with? No problem. Need hardware for your house while you are here? No problem. Chances are if they do not have whatever you need, they can get it. You are also going to be hard pressed to stump these guys, and will not get the blank look of confusion you see from the big box stores. J&B also carries large truck parts, can make hydraulic hoses to your specifications, and has a starter and alternator shop as well. I highly recommend J&B for your auto parts needs. After waiting over five weeks for delivery, the panels arrived with the windows on the wrong side -- despite the fact that I had provided clear photos from the very beginning. Since then, communication has been slow and inconsistent. I was told on July 28th that the correct panels were on order with an expedited lead time of three weeks, but that timeframe passed long ago and I've still received no clear updates or resolution. The only messages I've received in months have been vague promises that they were "waiting to hear back from the supplier." This mistake was not mine, yet I'm the one bearing the inconvenience, delays, and frustration. What should have been a straightforward order has dragged on for months without accountability or follow-through. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Decor to anyone looking for reliable service or communication.
