I was told on July 28th that the correct panels were on order with an expedited lead time of three weeks, but that timeframe passed long ago and I've still received no clear updates or resolution. The only messages I've received in months have been vague promises that they were "waiting to hear back from the supplier." This mistake was not mine, yet I'm the one bearing the inconvenience, delays, and frustration. What should have been a straightforward order has dragged on for months without accountability or follow-through. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend Decor to anyone looking for reliable service or communication.

I stopped in and I was there for 35 minutes waiting on them to "found the right keys" needed to cut them. 4 employees later and a lot of wasted time I was able to get them done. Every employee needs to be trained on key cutting and finding the correct key.
