    Friendly small family owned business with a surprisingly large inventory in such a small footprint. The staff is always helpful.

Majority of the time when I come here, I am searching high and low to find something. No employees in sight. They almost remind me of Walmart. However, I came in the other night to stock up on my cleaning supplies. HD didn't have all that Lowe's has and I started to leave, but I stayed. It was frustrating to see that all the cleaning supplies aren't in the same area. At Lowe's, all cleaning supplies is on the same bay. I couldn't find the drain cleaner or the recycling bags. I asked an employee who was standing talking with his coworkers in the paint aisle for the blue recycling bags. I wasn't sure who covered the cleaning supplies aisle. He said that they didn't have them only the brown paper bags. He told me that I have to get the drain cleaner from plumbing aisle and suggested that I get the black bottle one. I went to the plumbing aisle and saw plenty of black colored bottles of drain cleaner, so his suggestion was too ambiguous and I ended up getting the lemon scent pods at which I came in for. I usually by the brand from Target, but was already at HD. When I got to the self checkout line. Employee, Brandon gladly assisted me by ringing up my items for me and asked if I had found everything. I told him no. I told him that his coworker told me that HD doesn't carry the blue recycling bags in inventory. I told him that I would check at Lowe's at a later date (though, I needed the bags now as my recyclables were pilling up) Brandon told me that he could search for the bags at Lowe's and HD. After searching on his handheld, he mentioned that HD does indeed carry them. He showed the product to me on his device. He offered to show them to me by escorting me to the location in store. I paid for my other items and agreed. He walked me over to the aisle and bay at which Huffy Multipurpose blue bags with the red string were. They were exact bags that my townhome community carries and uses for recycling. I was very happy that he went the extra mile for me. He left his self checkout line post to walk me over there. I thanked him for his efforts. He replied, he will do anything for customer satisfaction. I love that! I used to work retail and had the same values in mind. I just wish his other coworkers that I came in contact with was the same, but they weren't. I will continue to visit this location out of proximity, but next time I'll go to Lowe's for my cleaning supplies.

    At the start of a major master bath remodeling, we were sent to Tri Supply in Conroe to pick out…read morebathroom fixtures by our contractor. While the showroom was fantastic and they had lots of choices, the problems we had that our sales rep caused were not handled well. We picked out everything with the Tri Supply sales rep and left. The sales rep emailed us and our contractor the pricing and we had her go ahead and order the majority of the plumbing items, over $3,000 worth. The project progressed and after most of the plumbing and all of the tile work had been finished, the plumber noticed that the parts that we had asked the sales rep to order were not the correct ones and would not work. When we questioned the rep, she said that she remembered what we told her we wanted and she did not know why she had ordered something different! After lots of discussion with the rep, she ordered a new part that would resolve the problem (not what we had originally wanted because that would have required tearing the whole shower out instead of a 4x4 section). She never offered to expedite that part and finally after waiting a week the part came in. In the meantime, the tile installer had to come and tear out the tile that had just been installed. The new part was installed and now the plumber and tile installer are redoing it. The cost for the plumber and tile installer to come back and redo the problem caused by the sales rep should have been covered by Tri Supply, not divided between the homeowner and the contractor. I would never recommend Tri Supply, they obviously don't stand behind their purchases.

    I searched around for MONTHS for a company who would install a large Italian fountain that was not…read morepurchased from its store. I finally was referred to Garden Accents by a handyman and could not be more pleased with their expert skill and customer service. Stephanie was very helpful and clearly outlined the steps/ cost to repair and install the fountain. Anthony (her husband) and his assistant had to drill a new hole in the fountain, add another piece to make it functional, and set it up beautifully! I couldn't be more pleased having this lovely fountain fully functional, from being in pieces in my backyard for six months. If you are looking for a company that is extremely knowledgeable on fountain installation, operation and maintenance, this is the place!

Stephanie and her family, Jeannine and Bob own this company. Stephanie, apparently allows her husband to control her customer service at her company. Stephanie is young but she will realize in time that her husband is not an asset but a liability to her families company. I will never buy from this company again. This company is having some financial difficulties right now...it is winter and the Covid-19 Pandemic. I purchased a fountain from them on Monday, Dec 07 and picked it up...(no, offer for delivery) on Tuesday, Dec 08. I put this fountain together myself. No offer from the company after spending $350.00 for a small fountain. My spouse and I have spent over $1500 with this company. Apparently no respect for good customers. I put the fountain together perfectly...all by myself. Again, no offer from the company to assist. "Horrible customer service". I called the phone number given to me and who answers....Stephanie's horrible husband. He couldn't have been more rude. His response to me was that there was going to be a charge of $250...then reduced down to $150 ....then reduced down to $75. He stated that minimum charge would be $75 for simple 10 minute leveling of the fountain. Very simple process that requires pennies or plastic leveling tabs. However, he went one step further to state that if he had to put the fountain together again then it would be $150.00. What an incredible asset to this company. NOT. I'm 5 miles from their store. They could easily have stated that they would come over for a good customer that has purchased 4 fountains/statue from them and that they would do this for free. Again, it's a 10 minute fixe for a professional. And, again, I've spent a lot of money on this company. Stephanie calls me and tells me that she can offer me a substantial discount on the fountain. This tells me that the company is not doing well financially....and, of course not, it's winter, Covid-19 and a poor economy right now. I felt sorry for the company since I've got more money than anyone should have right now. I've no had no financial problems during Covid-19, in fact I got a 15% raise during this time. I thought as a "goodwill" term that I would buy from them because I liked Stephanie ... not because the price was incredible. It actually was higher than the price I had paid for the large fountain that I had purchased prior to this one. Her husband is a technician for them. Technician may go to far. I'm not even sure if he has a college degree. All, I know is that he mistreated an exceptional customer who was doing them a favor. And, he felt this would be a good way to make some extra money. What a joke. And, what incredibly horrible customer service. I have done hiring at my company and I would never hire this guy. After speaking to him for 30 minutes on the phone, I realized that I had made a huge mistake speaking to him. He even stated "how did you get our personal cell phone number"? I told him that Stephanie had given me that phone number. Is this customer service? If you need to hide something, then I can fully understand that question. I will never use this company again and I urge all customers to never buy from this company again. Stephanie, Jeannine and Bob (Owners) are incredible. I called Jeannine, (Stephanie's mother). She apologized profusely for her son-in-law. It is only because of him that I urge everyone to boycot this company. I haven't even received an apology from Bob or Stephanie for the husband's actions. If they plan on a retraction of this review or additional business from my family, then I expect a sincere apology and a discount on the fountain. Otherwise, I will use every review site possible to disparage this company. My father is a lawyer and County Judge. At 79 his is still on the Texas state board and is still a Judge. He is stating that a lawsuit would be the only way this company would be forced to understand the way I feel. He feels that a lawsuit would be the best avenue to let this company know how serious we are about the problems with their son-in-law. He is absolutely horrible and should never be allowed to answer their phones or have anything to do with their company. He has absolutely no customer service skills. I'm ashamed for Stephanie. She can do better. She is such a sweet woman and has obviously married someone who can cause her problems....as he did with me. Again, I'm only 5 minutes away...and this could so easily have been taken care of by offering to come by and level this fountain for free. To state $250...then $150...then $75 says a lot about him. Stephanie, I hope he has a real job. And, please don't allow him to ruin your family's business. I wouldn't allow my spouse to do this either. JUST SAD!
