Today was the first day of my entirety of having hobby lobby as a consumer store while I was treated the way I was treated by the management name, April. I made a purchase for several items and once I made the final purchase, I looked in my receipt and it was $442 now the reason why we shop at Hobby lobby is because of the deals and a discount that they have in this godfather service and owner. But this day in particular, the manager April is at the front and she seem like she doesn't wanna help us or she has some type of agitation for our presence inside of her store. Once we came back inside of the store to ask for customer service to have a check for all items that were purchased 'Charlene' helped us at the front desk, then while helping us she was interrupted by this manager(APRIL). after being interrupted with a question on what was transpiring in line. When she realized what the issue was were once told immediately... with no time to try to have a disillusion or a proper resolve to the situation that she would have to run the cameras back ‍to check the purchases. The. it wouldn't be able to be done until tomorrow morning the following day. Now mind you, I've been doing business with Hobby lobby for the last six months and spent over $5000.... all of my receipts are attached in this email I'm sending to corporate. So I just wanna make a formal complaint on how this situation was handled and the service that was given to me at Hobby lobby by the manager (APRIL). Getting back to enjoy an actual movies with no ads, buffering or pauses is nice and sometimes I like to get DVDs that I seem to have missed in the past 30 years. There were tons of clothes and overall amazing selection at this location! I even had a nice talk with the cashier and everybody was super friendly. Five out of five definitely will return amazing deals to be had here.

I have been to this Goodwill Houston Select Stores on N Sam Houston Parkway E and Wilson Road a few times whenever I visit my friend in Humble. I think they got more decent products here than other stores I've been to. The employees were laid back. There is always someone on the floor helping. One thing I really like about this store is the store hours. This one opens till 9 pm. I was here few months ago shopping until near closing time. I often check the furniture section because I found a nice bar stool here. I know I would find more treasure if I stay longer.

Selection of dog beds was indeed great, but there were twice as many cat beds. If you're a cat person, this is the place for you, obviously! Picked out a decent bed and headed to the check out. And the wait begins. And drags on and on. I was in line for an excess of 25 minutes, and I was about fifth in line. Right before I was "summoned" to check out, I turned around and counted: there were 20 people in line. Unbelievable, and absolutely no additional cashiers were called. While I like the selection of items at HomeGoods, the wait to check out is excessive. I'm amazed that after multiple years this store still suffers from the same lack of customer service at the check out.

I even once found some cute stem glassware for when I host game/wine nights - they don't look cheap and actually rival other stemware I purchased from West Elm. In short, you can pretty much find anything you need here, on a budget and it's worth checking out if you haven't already. That being said, be prepared for the store to sometimes be extremely low on stock for candy and other snacks. They also randomly close, for no reason it seems. Eg, you show up on Monday at 2PM and they are closed...why? Also, there usually doesn't seem to be much staff, so don't expect to find anyone on the floor to help you. Usually only two, at most, registers are open. I've never had to wait in line forever though, so I'm not complaining.
