We are getting ready to sell our house and needed the first floor refinished. We hired a crew to do the work and regretted the choice immediately and did not allow them to finish. We had to call around to find professionals to 'fix' the job and found 'Floors 2 Luv'. I am not usually one to speak in these terms, but I have to say, the floors look stunning. The photos I am attaching do not do justice to the look; the natural finish and amber tint to the wood is a warm tone and a smooth look, almost too perfect if that can be. The crew who did the work were professional, showed up on time, cleaned up and did not leave a single piece of debris for us to clean up. They also installed the quarter rounds and even caulked the walls and floor around the quarter round. The crew took care to protect the counters, cabinets and stairs with plastic sheeting to mitigate the dust accumilation; they even covered the stairs and access to the second floor. Floors 2 Luv were very careful and did such a great job, I would not hesitate to recommend them to refinish your wood floors. Excellent job! read more

Tony and his crew did a beautiful job ... we had our wood floors refinished, new wood flooring put in a couple of rooms, marble flooring in the dining room, carpet installed in our 2nd floor, and our fireplaces re-done in marble. Floors 2 Luv have just finished installing wood floors in the upstairs and on the stairway. Their name says in all. Last August we had them redo the wood floors downstairs. Another contractor had totally installed not only incorrectly but very poorly. Floors 2 Luv came in and took the wood out and with their help were able to save it and install that wood upstairs. The quality of their work. The tenacity of getting everything just right and making me happy gets a real attaboy. But, I have to tell you that those guys came the Monday after Hurricane Harvey hit and moved all of our furniture back to the correct places. We called Tony for an estimate and he answered the phone promptly, he instructed us to go to the website and fill out the request form which I think is very Professional. He replied the same day and an appointment was scheduled. He came out to the our house and he was very informative, pleasant and felt trustworthy. Floors 2 Luv did a great job on restoring over 1,000 sq ft of oak hardware floors. They came when Tony said they would, were considerate of us, did not leave trash behind when they left every day and finished the project when Tony said they would. There were a couple of overlooked very small pieces of quarter round and a threshold plate, but they came back the same day and fixed the issue. I never felt pressured and paid a few days after the job was complete when we were able to get back onto the floors and check their work. I would recommend Floors 2 Luv to all my friends and I would be using them again if I wasn't moving out of the area. read more

Tony and his crew were amazing. We put in approximately 1230 sq ft of hardwood flooring (replacing carpeting). The installation was in a high-rise condo so there are rules regarding sound buffering, hours contractors can work, etc. Tony's team did everything as required to meet those rules and the work was completed in a week. The floors are beautiful and the installation went smoothly. In fact, the neighbors said they did not even realize we were having that work done! Floors2Luv cleaned up afterwards so well that my cleaning people only spent a couple of hours doing the final touches on the cleanup. I would highly recommend Floors2Luv! read more

They've completed four projects for us, and we wouldn't hesitate to give them a 5-star rating! Installers were on time, everyone cares and listens well, from owner on down. Cleaned up after jobs very well. Very respectful team. They took time to do what it took to make our hardwood planks lay out in straight lines, which was a challenge in a room that wasn't completely straight. We were amazed! They were also able to multitask, problem-solve, and coordinate with another vendor who was installing a mirror with us to connect it where the mirror met the floor (which was more complicated than it sounds). read more

My living room floor had some ugly black area from wear and tear. Tony came in and asked it the area were from animal urine or water damage. He said if they were that it might be hard to remove them. Luckily they were not. But I was pleased that he was honest with me up front. The floor is beautiful again. And matches very well the rest of the house that I did not have redone. I am super pleased.
