My finds today - several plants $2 lantana plumbago impatiens. Also orange basil - the herbs cost more

I was needing some plant therapy so stopped by and their nursery is filled to the brim with gorgeous color and great varieties of herbs, flowers, plants and pots. Big range of prices but range from $2.25 and up. I was admiring their big selection of Berg pottery, which is made in Italy. They share a lot with Tiny Boxwood, but they have designated spots for their nursery. They tally up the plants and then you take the ticket and pay inside. The staff are helpful and will offer to wheel your purchases to your car, place paper under the plants, and put the planties inside your car. Highly recommended for planty people! Happy planting!

This has to be the cutest plant/flower shop ever. Everything here is just absolutely adorable and the prices aren't bad! They're closed on Mondays but some websites haven't changed the operating days. It's pretty much a plant shop in the morning and Tiny's for dinner! I would come back to buy alllllll of the cute baby succulents.

Cute nursery to check out right next to Tiny Boxwoods. Very manicured place with beautiful plants. The prices are pretty steep however. In the fall there are pretty pumpkins and other displays. Really pretty.

In the wooden planter are rosemary and pentas flowers I got from T&H. The pentas flowers bloomed for months!

Beautiful nursery next to a brunch place. They have a large variety of sizes and types of plants. I have gotten mint plants, rosemary, multiple succulent varieties, marigolds, and more from this shop. I like that I can choose from small, medium, or large succulents. They have plants in temporary containers as well as beautifully arranged pots already in planters. They also have a nice variety of planters. They also drilled holes (for drainage) in some planters I bought that didn't have holes, for free! The staff is also knowledgeable about plant care!

Yes, this place can be $$$$ but man do I love what they offer. Their buyer has a fantastic eye for the simple and elegant when it comes to their jewelry, clothing, bags and things you didn't know you needed! I have called in the past to check on an item to see if it was in stock, it wasn't but just a few days later received a call that the item was back and that they had been placed on hold for me. While I was in the shop I asked if one of the rugs came in another size, they are calling to follow up. I find that they're busy and yes, they have their regulars that they're super friendly with but I've also found that they leave me alone when I'm quiet but always happy to help if I ask. Today I purchased a lovely spring dress. When I mentioned a slip underneath the sales associate pulled one out of a drawer that was absolutely perfect. My only complaint is that they don't have another location closer to me!

Amazing and tranquil place. Helpful and friendly staff, organized and clearly labeled plants, cute products, nice places to relax, healthy plants, and reasonable prices. Definitely would go back again

Closes too early in my opinion and even if you're there the employees rush you out of her to checkout.

I'll start by saying Liz E.'s review was spot on. It was my first visit since they had made me…read moreangry several years ago. What was more infuriating is I wasn't shopping for myself, but my HOA. They have a bigger budget for this kind of thing than I do. I needed about 30 plants, half of them shrubs. Laughingly, I took one of the handy carts and located most of the shrubs about as far away from a cashier as you can get. Fortunately, it was downhill. That cart only held 4 shrubs. So I took them uphill to the main building and asked if I could get help with the rest. We each grabbed carts, and he eventually figured out it was going to be slow going. So he told me he would go get the BIG cart and left with the cart he had brought, empty. Twenty minutes later, I find him at a cash register, hoping someone would hurry and check out. It took him a second to register who I was, and then he explained how he could not leave the register. So *I* walked out to the street and got one of the big carts. The kind they probably use at rodeos or something to haul off dead livestock. So I got that loaded up along with the other standard cart. An employee in the next aisle who was arranging things told me I needed to ask the cashier if I wanted help. It was obvious that anyone under these circumstances could benefit from assistance, especially if they were as old as I am. I'm pretty old. Someone did finally go to get the loaded Carcass Cart and brought it to the cashier with my other carts. All in all, over $500. I may have gotten a price break, or that was the hint, anyway. Still not enough for anyone to volunteer to help me to my truck with the stuff. I think my second trip for another cart shamed them, and someone brought down the big cart. I think there is a good variety of plants there. It's a damned shame no one there knows where they are.

This place needs improvement…read more I am looking for plants and I can see HGC has lots of inventory when driving by. I tried to call them and the phone numbers go straight to VM. I attempted to call several of the listed numbers and ended up calling the corporate office. The corporate number was the only number that someone answered. I asked about the phone going to VM and I was told they all go to vM. I then asked about inventory and was told that the corporate office has no access to inventory list. This is horrible customer service. Why should a customer have to drive to a location to check availability ? Why does the corporate office not know what the stores are stocking? What a poorly run operation! I will go elsewhere and buy from someone who actually communicates with customers.

Cydney was our host and she did an amazing job explaining and teaching us about our new plant babies. I must admit we started late because my guests arrived far after our start time. Cydney had the patience of a saint and told us not to worry about anything and throughout our session she captured photos for us and sent them to me at the end of the class. Prior to my visit I called ahead to ask for accommodations for a few in my crew that have mobility challenges. Everyone I spoke to over the phone had a very positive and helpful attitude around my accommodation questions and if I had to be picky I must say the railing needs some help. They aren't strong enough to act as support for anyone who genuinely needs it. On our way out one of the guests with a cane took a tumble as the railing in the front isn't quite accessible because of the branches covering it. He wasn't hurt thankfully and we would love to return. From a customer who absolutely loved my experience it would mean the world to me if these concerns were taken into consideration so everyone with disabilities can enjoy this space as much as everyone else. All in all this was a 10/10 experience and a core memory had been created here.

Walking in here is like walking into a Zen garden. Also the top-notch service. I met Sydney today at their physical location and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I met this company three weeks ago at the Lynn Market Square here in downtown and I bought a peace lily. I liked it so much. I want to go buy another one. I like how they prep it and put it with water in a vase. Such a great look at my high-rise. I love it.! The customer service again is top-notch. Sydney was the best. The space they have here is one of the most peaceful nice places you'll ever visit. The energy here is good and real! From the time my friend and I arrived, we did not feel welcomed. The interactions with the owner left us feeling uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere made it seem as though we weren't wanted there. We stayed, participated in the event, and each made purchases despite how we felt. After I got home, I discovered that the shop had blocked me on Instagram, even though I had been nothing but polite during my visit. That left me confused and made an already disappointing experience feel even more personal. I reached out privately before writing this review because I wanted to give the business an opportunity to address my concerns. I explained that I had recently lost my son and had come to the shop specifically to find a plant for his memorial shelf. I also shared that I chose this shop because I wanted that purchase to come from a place that felt meaningful. While my loss was acknowledged, the response I received felt focused on policy rather than genuinely addressing my experience or the concerns I raised. I understand businesses have return policies, but kindness, accountability, and customer service matter too. I truly wanted this to be a positive experience, and I'm saddened that it wasn't. I hope this feedback encourages the business to reflect on how customers are made to feel, because that can leave a lasting impression long after a purchase is made.
