    Entry to parking lot

Bougie nursery with bougie prices. You'll find very cute garden supplies, art, plants at this nursery. Most of the staff is friendly, but of course we encountered the one male cashier who seemed annoyed at being there. Other than that one unpleasant experience, the staff is helpful with a smile (take note Stephen). There is ample parking for an area of Houston that always has traffic. Check out the entire space with the inside store. Some cute knickknacks that you may find at grandma's house. I may be back at this nursery if I find myself in the southwest part of town again.

Friendly staff that are helpful. My plants from this nursery tend to do the best versus others from around Houston and survive our frost/hurricane crazy weather. They have the best prices also on herbs, and I enjoy getting plant cuttings on annuals and indoor plants. My Favorite recent find was a .49 cent pumpkin! It's worth to check them out during each season to see what they have. Just make sure you don't take home some seasonal hitchhikers. This center has the most cared for healthy plants though and you can really tell and see the hard work.

No one has offered to return my money since the infested plants that I bought died. When I went to the store and mentioned that my plants had died, no one offered to replace the plants. When I called the store and asked them to set aside replacement plants for me they told me they would not set them aside. I rushed over, again, and the plants were sold. This is the second time that I have bought plants from Cornelius that have been infested with bugs that have died. I suspect the Cornelius is very well aware that they are selling sick plants because when I went back to replace them, they were all gone. I suspect that Cornelius had thrown them away and that they are lying. I purchased extra ladybugs and praying mantises from Cornelius. NOT INEXPENSIVE to try and save the sick dying infested plants that I boughtfrom Cornelius. It didn't help. Cornelius didn't offer to refund my money for those either. THE RESPONSE FROM CORNELIUS HERE IS ALSO A LIE. THEY HAVE NO INTENTION OF HELPING ME OR RETURNING MY MONEY. INCIDENTALLY, I HAVE ASKED MY NEIGHBORS I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON THAT HAPPENED TO. I'M NOT THE FIRST PERSON THAT HAS THESE ISSIES. WITH THIS NURSERY. My neighbors didn't get their money, returned to them either. I went to other nurseries here in town and I replaced the plants. I planted them in the exact same pots with the exact same dirt that I had planted Cornelius sick and Infested dying plants. And the replacement plants are perfectly healthy. The management at Cornelius is not helpful. They are rude and they lie. Their plants are overpriced. I would suggest going every single place in town other than Cornelius. I won't waste another minute of my time arguing with these people or bargaining for what should rightly be mine. Don't post anymore lying responses to my review, Cornelius. I don't wanna hear your backtalk. I don't wanna hear your double talk. You can refund my money, you can call ME. I literally found better plants at the Home Depot. Do not go to Cornelius nursery. Do not. Lowe's Home Depot, BUCHANAN'S, JOSHUA's. ALL BETTER NURSERIES!!!!!!

Great Decor ideas for all the holidays, or events. Large selection of plants and Christmas trees. I would definitely come here again.

Where do I begin with this place! It was out first time at this nursery and I'm so glad we stopped by when were visiting in town. The parking situation outside is kinda medium sized but theres ample parking. Just be wary of stray garden carts when parking. There are two facilities, a nursery and a flower shop. The flower shop had the typical decor and fake plants. The real action is outside in the nursery. From soil amendments to predatory insects (yes you read that correctly), to houseplants and landscaping plants, this place truly has it all! They has over 12 different types of tomatoes and plenty other pollinating plants to attract the good bugs! Over all we just ended up getting this massive florida green, very healthy and lush, and this baby pineapple plant (a great novelty). Next time you are in town, make sure to stop by and see their great selection. Trees, shrubs, flowers and all! You will not be disappointed!

I had been looking for a ficus tree at the local big box stores with no luck. I called and a very nice woman said we have a few. The large ones are pricey, so I opted for a small one. I lost my very large (10ft) during that freeze from hell. So am starting out again! Stay with the local businesses!!

    They sell dubias here.

We weren't looking super hard for anything in particular but did mention I'd like to find butterfly pea, but it wasnt something they had. Not surprising and didn't affect the overall experience. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. Compared to other nurseries you'll find much bigger plants/trees here.

I am beyond disappointed with the absolutely unacceptable customer service I experienced yesterday…read more I came prepared to spend a significant amount of money on plants for one of my clients, and instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was met with hostility from the moment I arrived. I politely asked a worker for assistance with loading, and I was abruptly told, "Go to the office," with an attitude that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Being out in the sun is not an excuse for disrespect. When I went to reception, the situation somehow got worse. The facial expressions, the tone, the dismissive behavior -- is this truly the face your company wants representing it? Because it was embarrassing. While placing my order, the receptionist actually had the audacity to question me: "Why so many flowers?" and "You don't even have a landscaping company." Since when is it appropriate to interrogate a paying customer about their purchase? That is not her role. When there was confusion about the company name, I calmly offered to write it down to ensure accuracy. She handed me a pen and paper in an incredibly rude manner, practically throwing it at me. Completely unacceptable. After I wrote it clearly, and she realized the mistake was on her end, there was no apology. No accountability. Just attitude. This entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below basic customer service standards. I expect better from a company that wants to do business with professional landscaping clients. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to reevaluate their staff and training.

What was more infuriating is I wasn't shopping for myself, but my HOA. They have a bigger budget for this kind of thing than I do. I needed about 30 plants, half of them shrubs. Laughingly, I took one of the handy carts and located most of the shrubs about as far away from a cashier as you can get. Fortunately, it was downhill. That cart only held 4 shrubs. So I took them uphill to the main building and asked if I could get help with the rest. We each grabbed carts, and he eventually figured out it was going to be slow going. So he told me he would go get the BIG cart and left with the cart he had brought, empty. Twenty minutes later, I find him at a cash register, hoping someone would hurry and check out. It took him a second to register who I was, and then he explained how he could not leave the register. So *I* walked out to the street and got one of the big carts. The kind they probably use at rodeos or something to haul off dead livestock. So I got that loaded up along with the other standard cart. An employee in the next aisle who was arranging things told me I needed to ask the cashier if I wanted help. It was obvious that anyone under these circumstances could benefit from assistance, especially if they were as old as I am. I'm pretty old. Someone did finally go to get the loaded Carcass Cart and brought it to the cashier with my other carts. All in all, over $500. I may have gotten a price break, or that was the hint, anyway. Still not enough for anyone to volunteer to help me to my truck with the stuff. I think my second trip for another cart shamed them, and someone brought down the big cart. I think there is a good variety of plants there. It's a damned shame no one there knows where they are.
