We weren't looking super hard for anything in particular but did mention I'd like to find butterfly pea, but it wasnt something they had. Not surprising and didn't affect the overall experience. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. I went to the garden center for assistance. The staff, mostly very young workers, were all friendly, but very little knowledge. I stopped looking after the 3rd plant I named was not available. This isn't the stuff you'd find at the counter at Macy's...this is the real deal Asian cosmetics. The rest of the store is dedicated to kitchen and housewares and, in their small space, cram some of the best selection of Asian appliances you'll ever find. This is where I focus my attention. They have a massive selection of high quality rice cookers, water heaters, noodle cookers, and all manner of Asian kitchen appliances. If you're looking for the good stuff, you've found it. It wasn't a little garbage, it was kitchen garbage bags full of plastics of all kinds. It was a mess. I tried reaching out to the company(by email to the person I was talking to about prices and how much I was ordering) but never heard back unfortunately. The reason that prompted me to write the review in the first place was months later,after receiving the mulch, I was pulling weeds & I was still picking garbage out of the mulch that the rain had washed up to the surface. It looked so incredibly trashy. After writing the review the company called & emailed me to reach out to apologize for the contamination of the mulch, explain that it wasn't their normal business practice & they pride themselves on great customer service & great products (which I've heard about from others in the past which made me choose this company since I was new to the area.) He explained that with Covid, things had gotten a little abnormal & the emails must've gotten lost in the shuffle for the response back about the situation. I greatly appreciated the company reaching back out to me (even after months later) to correct this. They offered to replace or refund my money. I took them up on the offer to replace half the mulch to cover the garbage/plastics on top of my front beds. I've given this company 5 stars because after all that was said & done.... they came through & corrected their mistake. I can understand accidents happening... we all make them. But for a company to right their wrongs, that's a good company to me. The Covid had messed everyone up & turned things upside down so that is totally understandable! I want to add that the delivery driver was friendly & she called both times to ask where I wanted it dumped(the driveway) when she got to my house.
