For my aunt, it's the go-to place for entire flats of mix and match edible plants, and also unusual plants. She says it's the best quality, selection and price. She now goes here with friends and family when I cannot go with her. For my friend its an opportunity for fancifulness, like you're in the opening of a Disney female main character scene where nature is chirping and buzzing in a concentration of a diverse, bountiful, beautiful plant life, and for me its both the practicality of edible plants, native plants, and unusual plants. I've seen the owner give a talk at OHBA. It cemented my respect for EG. So much comprehensive knowledge, and deep care. Before, I had noticed the employees are happy, present, and knowledgeable. EG is leagues beyond corporate stores. Yes, support local, but also seems EG is authentically supporting the local community too.

After giving us the golf cart tour, she gave us several flags to place in containers of the trees we liked and then John helped us narrow down and select the perfect sizes for our backyard. We chose three 15-gallon Eagleston Hollies (5-6' planted) because we're DIYers; however, Bownds also offers delivery and planting services. If you've been shocked by the skyrocketing price of trees at the usual locations, then you will be pleasantly surprised at the pocket-friendly pricing Bownds extends to retail customers. Do not expect a large staff or miscellaneous garden center plants, this is a family-run business that specializes in trees and only trees. We will be returning soon for more trees to complete our backyard-to-park makeover.

I didn't find either of those things to be the case, and I can't say I had a good experience, to be honest. But, I will say that management contacted me upon posting a negative review and were serious about trying to make up for it. They also explained that this nursery is mostly set up for plant sales to landscapers and professionals, even though they do allow sales to individuals at retail prices. This explained the lack of prices and sometimes labels on their plants. I will say that I went to The Ground Up at their Brittmoore Rd location and had a an excellent experience.

The geraniums for $9.99 did not look fresh and appeared dry and yellowish. They had some interesting petunias. I left after buying plants and felt less satisfied from my usual experience with them so I also stopped by their Voss location today -the geraniums there for $9.99 were gorgeous and colorful and well watered. The staff were so cheerful and helpful and greeting all of us and made a big effort to do so. I happily bought more plants there. Room for improvement at this location.

Went to check out and he says the tag is wrong on the palm and it's several hundred more and there's was wrong. Then he tells me the Italian Cypress plants I hand picked and took out to the parking lot were tagged wrong as well and were over $100 more each. I show him a whole wall of them all tagged the same. He said they were all tagged wrong. And to top it off no one at the entire place spoke English or knew what was going on. What a terrible way to do business. Will never go back.

They sell exactly what Ashley Furniture sells, but sell it for significantly cheaper. How do they do this? They eliminate the middle man, which means more savings for you and I. I ended up buying a mattress, couches, a love seat, painting, and table! It was approximately 40% cheaper than Ashely. The girl who works at the front is also super friendly and helped me select which furniture to buy. The furniture was delivered on time! Excellent customer service, excellent furniture! 5 stars!! We purchased a couple of furniture items from westpark furniture last year in august,which included…read morea sofa set,dining table and chairs with a bench,and a bed room set.It has been barely 6 months and the sofa started to have rips in several places ,and the feathers stuffed in the sofa keep coming out from the tears and create a mess in the whole living room.My father has visited the showroom a couple of times but to no avail.We have even contacted homelegance(where the furniture was initially sold to westpark)but were told that the furniture repair needs to be done by the store we bought it from.I'm disappointed by the customer care we got and the poor quality of the sofa set.If this issue isnot resolved ,we would never recommend this to anyone else.
