Aptly named. Enchanted Gardens (EG) is an enchantment any time of the year…read more My aunt, childhood friend of 45/6 years, and I love it so much here. For my aunt, it's the go-to place for entire flats of mix and match edible plants, and also unusual plants. She says it's the best quality, selection and price. She now goes here with friends and family when I cannot go with her. For my friend its an opportunity for fancifulness, like you're in the opening of a Disney female main character scene where nature is chirping and buzzing in a concentration of a diverse, bountiful, beautiful plant life, and for me its both the practicality of edible plants, native plants, and unusual plants. I've seen the owner give a talk at OHBA. It cemented my respect for EG. So much comprehensive knowledge, and deep care. Before, I had noticed the employees are happy, present, and knowledgeable. EG is leagues beyond corporate stores. Yes, support local, but also seems EG is authentically supporting the local community too.

The garden has a beautiful layout with well-maintained displays showcasing a variety of flowers, succulents, shrubs, herbs, pottery, and trees. I've visited this garden a few times now and each time, the staff members have been incredibly friendly and eager to assist with any questions I may have. They've even helped bring my fruit trees out to my car. The service here is excellent, and they seem to have almost everything I need. So far, I've purchased two Sugar Cane Jujube trees, a cherry tree, a purple and red pepper plant, a few Jade plants, and some flowers to enhance my garden. If you haven't visited Enchanted Gardens, you should definitely add it to your agenda. The fun seasonal decorations are worth the trip alone, and they're perfect for taking pictures.

After giving us the golf cart tour, she gave us several flags to place in containers of the trees we liked and then John helped us narrow down and select the perfect sizes for our backyard. We chose three 15-gallon Eagleston Hollies (5-6' planted) because we're DIYers; however, Bownds also offers delivery and planting services. If you've been shocked by the skyrocketing price of trees at the usual locations, then you will be pleasantly surprised at the pocket-friendly pricing Bownds extends to retail customers. Do not expect a large staff or miscellaneous garden center plants, this is a family-run business that specializes in trees and only trees. We will be returning soon for more trees to complete our backyard-to-park makeover.

I just want say if you have pictures on your website and your Coustomers order is based on those pictures, you better make the order exactly like the picture! My order looked like it was made by a six year old kid, with flowers from a backyard or something !! If you should just take down the pictures from your website and just put the words "flower arrangement" because apparently you make whatever you want anyway

Three days before Valentine's Day, my boss comes up to me:…read more"I need you to make a reservation for my wife and her two friends on the 14th at such and such restaurant." "No prob." "Oh, also, it would be 'pretty cool' if you could buy each of them a bouquet of flowers and have them sent to the restaurant so that they're there when the ladies get to their table. Thanks." "I .... what??" On what is arguably THE busiest day for both florists and restaurants alike, you want me to magically pull 3 specially-delivered bouquets and a nice restaurant reservation out of my WHAT?! In desperation, I make my call to Katy Flower Market. I spoke with Darwin, who took all my information and - even though on Valentine's Day they cannot guarantee a time, and I could tell my request was far-fetched and somewhat difficult for them to do on such a busy day - had my roses delivered straight to the restaurant well before their reservation. My boss showed me a picture of the three bouquets, and the flowers were gorgeous - fresh roses that were just barely blooming, so I knew they would last longer than a day or two. I was nervous that, in placing my order so late, that the flowers would be the "leftovers," but these bunches were carefully arranged and quite lovely. In terms of pricing, it is on par with other florists in the area. They have the same styles at comparable prices. No complaints at all with the pricing. I am so impressed (an almost impossible feat with me) with the courtesy of the staff and the extra mile they went to help make my boss' last-minute idea come to fruition. I would absolutely recommend Katy Flower Market to anyone in Houston who is looking for a florist.

It wasn't a little garbage, it was kitchen garbage bags full of plastics of all kinds. It was a mess. I tried reaching out to the company(by email to the person I was talking to about prices and how much I was ordering) but never heard back unfortunately. The reason that prompted me to write the review in the first place was months later, after receiving the mulch, I was pulling weeds & I was still picking garbage out of the mulch that the rain had washed up to the surface. It looked so incredibly trashy. After writing the review the company called & emailed me to reach out to apologize for the contamination of the mulch, explain that it wasn't their normal business practice & they pride themselves on great customer service & great products (which I've heard about from others in the past which made me choose this company since I was new to the area.) He explained that with Covid, things had gotten a little abnormal & the emails must've gotten lost in the shuffle for the response back about the situation. I greatly appreciated the company reaching back out to me (even after months later) to correct this. They offered to replace or refund my money. I took them up on the offer to replace half the mulch to cover the garbage/plastics on top of my front beds. I've given this company 5 stars because after all that was said & done.... they came through & corrected their mistake. I can understand accidents happening... we all make them. But for a company to right their wrongs, that's a good company to me. The Covid had messed everyone up & turned things upside down so that is totally understandable! I want to add that the delivery driver was friendly & she called both times to ask where I wanted it dumped(the driveway) when she got to my house. Thank you, David, for reaching back out to me to fix the accident. I appreciate the great customer service! I will be using this company again:)
