I explained to her that I had a very simple sympathy bouquet order that I wanted to have delivered in the Houston area. She said it would not be a problem and that there was NO MINIMUM for delivery. I told her that I would gather the rest of the order details and would be calling her back shortly. Since it was close to the end of the business day, I figured I'd call her back first thing in the morning. So I called and left her a very detailed message. And I never got a callback, so I texted her and never got a reply. When I spoke to my best friend who referred me, he said he would reach out to her and ask what had happened. He then called me to inform me that she told him that she wasn't worried about working on my order since it was ONLY an $85+ order that was going to be placed and that she didn't have time to work on an order that small. WOW! Well, there goes handing her the COMPANY orders! Which just so you know, was going to be to have fresh flowers in our lobby every week and fresh flowers delivered to each employee for various awards on different occasions. This COULD have been a honey pot of business for her, but OH WELL. Perhaps I'll give the business to someone interested in WORKING all orders!

My flowers were delivered at 12pm on Saturday - a day after my birthday and on a day that I am not at work. After calling 5 times across multiple days and having all the employees give me the runaround about a manager or owner calling me back, I finally received a phone call from the owner who is a complete jerk and chauvinistic pig. Instead of apologizing and backing his guarantee via his website, his exact words were, "just be happy you got flowers" and "Baby, you're just one of my million customers". If you actually want flowers delivered on the day you ordered...spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction. There are WAY too many florists out there who will guarantee a quality product with great customer service. Please support me in not supporting such a lousy business.
