I am satisfied with the flowers. The recipient sent me a picture, and the flowers were exactly what I ordered. However I am not happy with the delivery. I paid an additional $10 for a specific delivery time between 12-3pm. I included in the notes/special instructions to deliver after 1:30pm. The business noted on their website under the notes/special instructions section that they will do their best to accommodate but cannot guarantee delivery for this time. On the day of delivery, the recipient thanked me through text at 9:53am, and I received an email from this business confirming delivery at 10:02am. Obviously this was not during the delivery time that I paid for. I am disappointed that this business charges money for a service they cannot support. If the business cannot accommodate delivery during a specific window, they should NOT charge any consumers money for an additional service they cannot honor. read more

Very pleased with the flowers I had ordered here. I had ordered some flowers for my beloved grandmother's funeral recently. I got the pink & white sympathy standing spray which was beautiful. Quick, friendly, impressive! The shop was able to put together a very nice 25 rose arrangement for me in about an hour. Friendly on the phone and likewise when i picked it up. They even helped me get it into my vehicle. My wife was pleasantly surprised with such a nice gift. They were so fragrant we were getting complements of how strong and wonderful they they smelled as we walked them to her office. Guys, don't order delivered flowers from the big chains if you don't have to. Usually less than impressive size and quality. The ladies often have to assemble them like a kit, when the come from the big chains. Go pickup flowers from these folks and you will earn more bonus points with hand delivered, turnkey bouquets that will not disappoint! I can't speak for their delivery, but it would most likely be better than the nationwide networks, based on what I experienced. Easy to get to location right on the feeder. In case you don't know what you want, today they didn't have anything on display in the window or display cooler, but one other reviewer noted that took him back to see what was available. I give many stars and praise to Katy Flowers and the excellent customer care provided. I reside in Los Angele and in need of a florist to deliver a birthday bouquet to my sister who lives in Katy, Tx. I searched Yelp for the local florist in Katy. Katy flowers certainly had a beautiful selection of choices, however I had to trust my gut that this was the florist to take my business. After placing my order with Valentina, who graciously accomadated my customer needs, I requested to have a photo sent of the finish product before it went out for delivery. However, the photo was forgotten to be sent to me, but the owner addressed the error thoughtfully by having the driver take photos of the flower arrangement and send to me. Which he did! The special to this story is that he did a full on photo shoot and every angle was covered lol. My sister was so surprised by the delivery and could not stop raving about how beautiful the flower arrangement was. So thank you Katy Flower's for a job well done. Attached are screen grabs from my sisters surveillance cam that shows how the delivery guy made sure I got those pics!
