We've purchased two fountains from Fountains & Statuary. Both have been inground basin fountains, or hidden fountains. We really like the look. Our most recent purchase was installed this week. I had the location plumbed with water and a conduit for the electrical line for the pump. The crew showed up and did a great job on the installation. I purchased an automatic auto fill which they connected to the waterline My only cmplant is that after a day the hose came off the pump and it was easier for me to fix it and attach it with a screw controlled pipe ring than call them back out. The fountain is a 40 inch tall urn and is being powered with a 450 gallon per hour pump. I think I would've liked to have had a little bit larger pump as well. It wasn't cheap, but we love it. They have a great selection and Jose and Bianca are very helpful. read more

A craft lover can get lost in this beautiful maze of statuaries and fountains! First time here but I'll be back for future projects. Staff was extremely helpful and didn't hover around you. Loved that aspect very much. Can't compare pricing because it's my first craft purchase in Texas and first craft purchase in over 7 years, but I can say that if you find something that calls to you, pricing doesn't matter much at that point. read more

Was looking for a statuary place to buy pots for my dessert roses.. this was the one and only place that came up in my searches that wasn't an overpriced nursery. At least the only one within like 20 miles of the city. There's a ton more outside the outer loop but a bit too far for my liking. I was surprised by how large this place was! They definitely had all sorts of statues - from Buddha to Jesus to little animals (dragons, bears, lions, frogs, etc). They have a ton of fountains, large and small.. and a ton of pots! Pretty neat place to come browse if you have some time and you like this sort of thing! Yes, we came after a rain storm so the grounds can be a bit wet and there can be mosquitoes - but it's outdoor, what do you expect?! They keep the grounds pretty well maintained. It was a bit annoying they didn't have prices on their items - you had to ask and they were definitely ready to haggle. Some of the pots I liked were going for $60-180 depending on size. I can't say they were cheap but apparently they're made out of Vietnamese ceramic which resists heat and is a harder type of pot?! I have no clue about this sort of thing, but I'm sure if we spent the time to haggle we could come in the middle on pricing. The glaze on the pots weren't the look I was looking for, but cool place with lots of variety and worth a peak if you're looking for something along these lines! We shopped for several items and staff was amazing, helpful and informative. However, the prices are astronomical. Most items were more than double of those at Fraziers. We headed to Fraziers after the sticker shock here. Less inventory at Fountains and statuary, less styles, design and those prices!!! Please understand I did not purchase anything here so I do not have anything to say about the quality of the products they sell. This is just my experience visiting the property. Both staff members I spoke with were friendly and professional. This place seem to have a very large selection of clay pots, fountains and yard statues (nothing out of the ordinary). I came looking for old whiskey barrels or anything else I could use to cover up some septic pipes sticking out of the ground. I also came for a couple clay pots I could use as a temporary solution to an empty flower bed (until Spring time). They had a lot of standing water on the property (rain filled pots and inactive fountains/water features) so I got eaten alive by all the mosquitoes they were breeding and most of the items on the property had no price on them. Not interested in asking someone the price of 40+ possible items nor am I interested in haggling. Won't be going back. I can't stress how important it is to instantly know the price of products while standing in 90° weather. read more

I purchased a fountain at Fountains & Statuary many years ago. About every 3 or 4 years a new pump has to be put in. My usual contacts had dried up over the years. I had no idea Fountains & Statuary still existed at the same address. But to my surprise it still did. In the same exact location. I had had someone else put in the new pump, etc., but the fountain was leaking even though it was not visible from the outside. It was leaking from inside. I spoke with Jose and Mark there who told me they would take care of the problem. Sure enough he sent out Fernando, very young, very professional, who checked everything over. They took it apart, put it back together, used sealer, and leveled the entire fountain. A great job. And the price was excellent. My wife and I stopped by recently at Fountains and Statuary (March 2019) and purchased a beautiful water fountain decorated with lions. Jose, Mark and staff were knowledgeable And patient. They delivered the fountain on time and installed it. It looked beautiful. Then about a week later we wished to up grade to a bigger base, bigger pedestal and bigger pump. We contacted Jose who assisted us in picking upgrades that would make the fountain look natural and bigger. Not only was it delivered on time, but the price difference was adjusted as they took back the pieces I was upgrading. The end result was amazing! Our curb appeal just skyrocketed, ten fold.
