Nadeau has a zero return policy, and took no responsibility for this and asked that I try to negotiate with the driver who promptly denied any wrongdoing. I called about this and they said they'd ask a manager and then call me back which they never did. I called a second time and they said they'd check with the management again and yet again they never contacted me.
