Plus once I saw they were dog friendly I was more than happy to add this to my weekend errand list since she could tag along. We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help. We weren't looking super hard for anything in particular but did mention I'd like to find butterfly pea, but it wasnt something they had. Not surprising and didn't affect the overall experience. Jared is who came over and helped us and explained a bit about how they care for their plants and what services they offer. And even took down my number in the case he hears about how to get that plant. Told us they hold events there, so I'll have to look into it! I did really like how they had a dedicated room for indoor plants, not alot of places have that. I ended up getting a peace lily for $10 and shes still looking great 2 weeks later. We were also given a jug of their moon juice which we've just started using for most of our plants, excited to see if it does really help out. I wasnt quite sure if theyd be OK with my dog being brought into the indoor plant area or the office area where you go to pay but they held the door open for her and gave her her space. So it set a really good impression. This place is definitely where I'd go if I had my own property and want working with a blank/empty space. Compared to other nurseries you'll find much bigger plants/trees here.

I am beyond disappointed with the absolutely unacceptable customer service I experienced yesterday…read more I came prepared to spend a significant amount of money on plants for one of my clients, and instead of being treated like a valued customer, I was met with hostility from the moment I arrived. I politely asked a worker for assistance with loading, and I was abruptly told, "Go to the office," with an attitude that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Being out in the sun is not an excuse for disrespect. When I went to reception, the situation somehow got worse. The facial expressions, the tone, the dismissive behavior -- is this truly the face your company wants representing it? Because it was embarrassing. While placing my order, the receptionist actually had the audacity to question me: "Why so many flowers?" and "You don't even have a landscaping company." Since when is it appropriate to interrogate a paying customer about their purchase? That is not her role. When there was confusion about the company name, I calmly offered to write it down to ensure accuracy. She handed me a pen and paper in an incredibly rude manner, practically throwing it at me. Completely unacceptable. After I wrote it clearly, and she realized the mistake was on her end, there was no apology. No accountability. Just attitude. This entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below basic customer service standards. I expect better from a company that wants to do business with professional landscaping clients. If this is how customers are treated, management seriously needs to reevaluate their staff and training.

He placed the order online and then called to confirm the time that I would be at work on Friday for the delivery. My flowers were delivered at 12pm on Saturday - a day after my birthday and on a day that I am not at work. After calling 5 times across multiple days and having all the employees give me the runaround about a manager or owner calling me back, I finally received a phone call from the owner who is a complete jerk and chauvinistic pig. Instead of apologizing and backing his guarantee via his website, his exact words were, "just be happy you got flowers" and "Baby, you're just one of my million customers". If you actually want flowers delivered on the day you ordered...spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction. There are WAY too many florists out there who will guarantee a quality product with great customer service. Please support me in not supporting such a lousy business. I've already filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau and hope to spread the word further.

I'll start by saying Liz E.'s review was spot on. It was my first visit since they had made me…read moreangry several years ago. What was more infuriating is I wasn't shopping for myself, but my HOA. They have a bigger budget for this kind of thing than I do. I needed about 30 plants, half of them shrubs. Laughingly, I took one of the handy carts and located most of the shrubs about as far away from a cashier as you can get. Fortunately, it was downhill. That cart only held 4 shrubs. So I took them uphill to the main building and asked if I could get help with the rest. We each grabbed carts, and he eventually figured out it was going to be slow going. So he told me he would go get the BIG cart and left with the cart he had brought, empty. Twenty minutes later, I find him at a cash register, hoping someone would hurry and check out. It took him a second to register who I was, and then he explained how he could not leave the register. So *I* walked out to the street and got one of the big carts. The kind they probably use at rodeos or something to haul off dead livestock. So I got that loaded up along with the other standard cart. An employee in the next aisle who was arranging things told me I needed to ask the cashier if I wanted help. It was obvious that anyone under these circumstances could benefit from assistance, especially if they were as old as I am. I'm pretty old. Someone did finally go to get the loaded Carcass Cart and brought it to the cashier with my other carts. All in all, over $500. I may have gotten a price break, or that was the hint, anyway. Still not enough for anyone to volunteer to help me to my truck with the stuff. I think my second trip for another cart shamed them, and someone brought down the big cart. I think there is a good variety of plants there. It's a damned shame no one there knows where they are.

don't waste your time here. cashiers are friendly but managers are trash. Total trash.read more
