Deborah, the owner, was very hands on, and her employee's were top notch! They completely pulled all of our old landscape out (it was a lot!!), PROPERLY, roots and all. She redesigned the landscape just as we requested, and the work was absolutely top notch! They were here every day that they agreed to be here, and were always on time or early. They added sod in the front where we removed landscape, and brought the front and backyard to code for proper water run off. They also removed some shrubs, pulled out all of the dirt in that area, and poured concrete to extend out driveway. The work was done better than any concrete company would have ever done! They are professional, friendly, dependable, hardworking, keep their word, do the work properly, and they do not rush the job to get it done, they take their time and do it right! The composition of the bouquet is perfect and is perhaps one of the most beautiful I have ever received. It was packaged spectacularly and each layer got more impressive. The outer very attractive wrapping was carefully draped around the stems with an impressive bow at the base. The stems were wrapped in a sponge like water retentive packaging which would have allowed me to leave the flowers unattended to for some time. I knew ahead of time what I needed I just need it to be cut to the proper measurements. Grabbed a cart, 4 long pieces of lumber and then proceeded to walk around the next 20 minutes to find someone who works in the department to cut the lumber to the size I needed. Finally found someone after 20 minutes and then proceeded to wait another 15 minutes because the guy I found was pretty tied up with another customer. He asked my nicely to wait by the saw and he would come help me after finishing up with his current customer. It seemed like he was the only one working in the department, which is pretty foolish during the weekend. Anyway, he came back in about 15 minutes, and apologized for the wait. He got my measurements, marked the boards accordingly and cut the wood to my specifics measurements. I offered him a $5 as a tip but he declined and said he was just doing his job and a handshake was good enough. Cool guy if you ask me!
