Terrible customer service. Did not respond in 48+ hours after I paid for my firewood, was openly rude and contemptuous when I contacted them about it and tried to schedule a time for delivery. After pointing out how their website says "The only thing going that rivals our passion for a fine fire is our passion for customer service," when that clearly was not my experience for 48+ hours, it caused their proprietor to flip out like a middle school tween girl on the phone. My husband and I have purchased wood from here twice and both times the wood was short. They advertise 1/8 cord (16 cubic ft) but when they deliver the wood, it was only 12 cubic feet both times. I received a text message almost immediately after ordering the wood asking when I would be available for delivery.
