Terrible customer service. Did not respond in 48+ hours after I paid for my firewood, was openly rude and contemptuous when I contacted them about it and tried to schedule a time for delivery. After pointing out how their website says "The only thing going that rivals our passion for a fine fire is our passion for customer service," when that clearly was not my experience for 48+ hours, it caused their proprietor to flip out like a middle school tween girl on the phone. I cancelled the order and then he sent me a sarcastic email. Glad I didn't give them my money! read more

My husband and I have purchased wood from here twice and both times the wood was short. They advertise 1/8 cord (16 cubic ft) but when they deliver the wood, it was only 12 cubic feet both times. When we called to inquire, Matt was extremely rude, defensive and hung up on me. I was being nice. This is 5th grade math, an apology would have kept our business. read more

From browsing the website, to delivery of the wood, it was an extremely easy, refreshing experience. I received a text message almost immediately after ordering the wood asking when I would be available for delivery. They delivered on the date agreed upon, and kept in constant communication with the ETA. They stacked the wood in my backyard, covered the wood with a tarp I had in my backyard, re-locked the back gate and even cleaned up the wood chips that had fallen on my driveway.
