The geraniums for $9.99 did not look fresh and appeared dry and yellowish. They had some interesting petunias. I left after buying plants and felt less satisfied from my usual experience with them so I also stopped by their Voss location today -the geraniums there for $9.99 were gorgeous and colorful and well watered. The staff were so cheerful and helpful and greeting all of us and made a big effort to do so. I happily bought more plants there. Room for improvement at this location.

We purchased soil and mulch to create flower beds in our backyard. The guy working was knowledgeable enough to help us calculate how much of each product we needed fairly accurately. DIY projects are so much more pleasant when you don't have to keep going out to buy materials. Our dirt was also delivered the next day, though the employee seemed to think this was a wait for us and was apologetic (talk about taking care of the customer....and its just dirt!). Apparently they are usually able to deliver your goods the same day, but since we visited late we were running out of daylight. I highly recommend this business to local residents. It's just nice to see places like this stick around for so long.

He gave my husband a quote, then gave me a higher quote for the exact same job just two days later. He initially agreed to honor my husband's quoted price, but when it came time to complete the work, he backed out of that agreement, even though everything was documented in writing. I reached out to confirm our scheduled date, and he confirmed it. On the day of the project, he never showed up and made no attempt to communicate. When I contacted him, he said it was because he never received my Zelle payment. Instead of simply letting me know there was an issue beforehand, he chose not to communicate at all. When I tried to resolve the situation, I was met with a rude attitude rather than professionalism. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend working with him.
