Trees? Yes. Communication? No…read more I get it. The officey part of a business can be a drag, but it's necessary. I called at least three times to get an appointment. One appointment he was a no-show. After the tree was cleaned up and I paid him, he said he would bring a receipt the next day. Nope. I called twice. Nothing. I texted and offered my email. He said he would send it. A week later and multiple calls later, still no receipt. Come on, my guy. Be more professional.
