Greg came out promptly after I called and quoted me for brand new updated seamless gutters and the leaf guard system. He even helped me color match to what I needed. Within the week, I had HOA approval and Greg was so fast in getting me on the books. Him and his team showed up on time and took great care of my property while getting the job done. My new gutters look amazing and later that day, it rained and they worked perfectly. Loving my new leaf guards and no more clogged gutters/downspouts! 10/10 recommend Greg and his team! Thank you!

Pearland Custim Gutters installed gutters on my house about three weeks ago. I called him out…read morebecause I had heavy water on the side of my home. At first, it seemed like a good move and a decent guy. But after weeks of not turning on my sprinkler system. I decide to do so. Found out a gutter block was on top of a sprinkler head after speaking to my yard guy, who is familiar with gutters/sprinkler systems. He showed me how the block caused a small leak in the sprinkler head. So I contacted the owner, and he started questioning me. And not in a caring way but rude and demeaning. He stated why the builder would place the sprinkler next to the home. Asking me question's like I had the answer to what the builder did or did not do. I felt patronized and was sick of him pointing the finger instead of coming up with a reasonable solution. I told him how I felt and why he questioned me like I created the problem. I hung up, and from there, he kept texting me. If you disagree with this guy, he becomes ugly.

I recently used Irrigation Concepts to have a sprinkler system installed in my yard. There are…read moremultiple things that I've considered about this review. Please keep in mind that all of these things are important. First, the bid process in looking for a company to install a complete system can be overwhelming. I received bids from five different companies. Irrigation Concepts was not the least expensive. They also we're not the most expensive. However, One thing they did that was unique from every other company that I received a bid from is the fact that they included a list of references from previous jobs. I did call a couple of those references and ask about the installation process. That made a difference in who I decided to use. It also helps that they are a part of the BBB. Some of the other bids I received seemed a little sketchy or fly-by-night companies. Second, during the installation process, a yard can get pretty messed up. One thing I appreciated is the fact that they did not leave trash laying around at the end of the day. They made sure everything was picked up each and every day before they went home so nothing would get blown around. Addition, all of the trenches were dug by hand. Machinery was not used. At the end of the job, they made sure that the trenches were well covered and the dirt grass was replaced as good as possible. Granted, my installation happened at the end of the grass growing season so the few dead patches that I had blended in with the rest of the yard. They called 311 to ensure all the utility lines were properly marked. However, things happen. I had personally installed some landscape lights and had some underground wiring that was cut by a shovel. Since Irrigation Concepts also does landscape lighting, they ensured that my landscape lights were in full working order once again before the job was completed. I did not have to repair the electrical myself which is a major plus to me. Lastly, after the installation was completed, the owner of the company came back to the house and showed me how to winterize the system to minimize any chances of freezing pipes and/or breakage during our occasional hard freezes in Houston. Bottom line - It was a pleasure doing business with these owners. The bid process, install process, and communication after the job completion are all contributing factors that resulted in a five star review. Kudos to them.

The summer of 2022, I lost the battle. So, in March of 2023, I needed to have 4 pallets of grass installed. A friend recommended Integrity Grass. Based upon his multiple previous experiences, I called them. They came out and quoted the job. The going rate to have San Augustine grass installed in March of 2023 is roughly $250 per pallet. I also had the equivalent amount that was dead and needed to be cleaned up before the new was put into place. The two-man crew that came out to my house did a superb job of removing the dead grass, placing the new pallets, and cleaning up the mess before leaving. I was really impressed. Other than seeing new grass where the old was, I cannot tell anyone was even at my house. I am well pleased. Everyone I dealt with was polite and friendly. If you need grass along the Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City and Galveston County Gulf Freeway corridor, I highly recommend them. Bottom line - I have zero hesitations recommending Integrity Grass for the placement/replacement of pallets of grass. They were EXCELLENT. An easy five-star review.
