I'm surprised at the bad reviews because they were so diligent and they came back 2 years later and put in many hours getting things right free of charge. We recently contacted this company to get our roof replaced. Everything seemed great at first, the…read moreprice was reasonable and the communication was great. For reference, our sales representative was Michael Morris and our production coordinator was David Villarreal. Initially, Michael gave us the price of $7,960 to get our roof replaced which genuinely seemed like a great deal. Now, our roof had various soft spots due to deterioration over time and I made sure to mention this to Michael before getting the project started. I asked him if this would cause any issues with the pricing and he stated that it wouldn't. However, the day of the roof installation, Cory who is the company owner, spoke with me and informed me that the price had changed and that it'd be an extra $9,900 just to put an extra layer of plywood since the one on our roof was in bad condition. ALMOST 10 GRAND FOR PLYWOOD!! With that being said, the total price to get our roof replaced came out to be $17,860! At that point the shingles on our roof had already been taken off and there was really no turning back. Another issue I had with this company was the warranty, when I first spoke with Michael he stated that the company guaranteed a 30 year warranty for any damage to the roof. After getting the project done, we come to find out that we only have a 10 year warranty. By the way, we never involved our insurance for this repair because we really thought we were getting a great cash price at first but what's insane to me is that at the end of the day, we still need to involve the insurance for any weather damage to our roof, when that was never mentioned initially. David was also horrible with communication, he would not pick up my calls for the most part. He never answered my text message nor voicemail when I tried reaching him at some point. Lastly, he didn't even bother to reply to an email I sent him after the project was done requesting pictures of our roof for our reference. I had to call him 3 days later to have him send it over and on top of that he sounded bothered. This was overall a whole mess and a very uncomfortable situation having to communicate with David. Despite all this, the roof guys did an excellent job with our roof. I just don't recommend investing your time and money into this company when you can get the job done for WAY LESS elsewhere. I truly hope this doesn't happen to anyone else because no one should have to put up with unprofessional people or last minute price changes.

In this case, my mother-in-law's home had several roofing issues that we initially believed would be covered by insurance. Chris Lackey, a highly qualified sales representative, worked closely with us and the insurance adjusters to pursue the best possible coverage for her. Although the claim was ultimately not honored, we moved forward with Brinkmann's recommendations, and the results were magnificent. A big shout-out to Billy's installation crew and to Jacob Zalomski, who stepped out of his office role to make sure everything was running smoothly in the field. We also want to sincerely thank owner Jason Brinkmann for his personal assistance and exceptionally fair business practices. One thing is certain: if you need any type of roofing work done, I can confidently say that Brinkmann will handle your needs with grace, professionalism, and the highest quality craftsmanship. Thanks, guys -- job well done.

Our experience with Brinkmann Roofing was unacceptable…read more During a roof replacement at my elderly parents' home, their crew damaged the backside of the chimney--an area not visible from the ground and not easily noticed. When we reported it, instead of taking responsibility, Brinkmann tried to charge my parents $2000.00 to repair the damage they caused. (Later repaired for $500.00 in less than 2 hours) This raises serious concerns about their workmanship and integrity. If you're considering Brinkmann Roofing, proceed with caution and make sure everything is well documented.

**Warning to Consumers: Avoid Alpha Elite Roofing**…read more I want to share my experience with Alpha Elite Roofing, specifically the owner Andrew, in the hope that it might save others from similar difficulties. I contracted Alpha Elite Roofing to replace a small roof for over $4,000, which included getting the Texas Department of Insurance inspection and certification. As a first-time homeowner, I trusted the process they outlined. Unfortunately, I discovered that the inspection certificate was never obtained, resulting in TDI refusing to renew my insurance. Over the past three months, I have made at least 75 attempts to contact Andrew through calls, emails, and voice messages, explaining my urgent need for the certification...due to calls from my mortgage and insurance companies. Despite him advising he was waiting to hear back from his engineer (3 months ago), he now refuses to return any of my outreaches or those made by an engineer on my behalf. As a single mother with a single income, I cannot afford to pay for another roof nor can I afford to be without insurance. Please be cautious and thoroughly research any company you hire.

I needed a roof assessment and accompany maintenance service because our insurance company wanted to nit pick the condition of our 7 year old roof in order to charge higher premiums. I wish I had used them initially. Anyhow, I will definitely hire Tommy and his team when it comes time to replace my roof. I highly recommend them.
