Alpha Elite Roofing is a class act. My house is about 20 years old and was in need of a new roof. I contacted Alpha because of a referral from a friend. On the initial consultation, it was very evident their representative was extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry. He explained the various types of damage roofs receive over the years. He also walked me through the process of getting an inspection and working with insurance companies. He did the initial consultation and found multiple incidents of hail damage. I made the decision to go with them and we began the process. An appointment was made with a third party insurance inspector. The Alpha representative met him at my house and "walked" the roof with him. Upon the conclusion of the inspection, the inspector agreed the house was in need of a new roof. The Alpha representative then met with me (based on my schedule) and gave me the sample book showig shingle types. Because of the work they have done in the area, he was able to show me the types that had already been approved by my HOA. After picking the color, he explained the value added materials they use to ensure leaks don't happen in roof crevasses, unions, peaks, and high water flow areas. We agreed upon a date for the roof to be replaced. On the day of the work, the representative was on location with the roofing team to ensure the work went as scheduled. It took one day for them to replace the roof on my house. I was very impressed by the professionalism Alpha Elite took in replacing my roof. From the first consultation to the last operation, they were first class. Every time I called, they were available to answer my questions. There customer service is top notch. I worked with this company as a subcontractor for about two years. During that time, I repeatedly had to pay out‑of‑pocket for materials when the owner wasn't available or able to cover them, as well as software required to operate in the roofing industry. Despite completing the work and investing my own money, I was never paid what I was owed. I handled the roofing projects directly -- including meeting homeowners, managing claims after the hurricane, completing supplements, and ensuring roofs were built to code. Homeowners worked with me exclusively, and the owner was never present on the jobs. I also collected all checks except the final ones, which I could not file because the owner's bank documentation was required. It's extremely difficult knowing I now have to pay attorneys simply to recover payment for work I completed, while I'm struggling financially as a result. After two years of work that went unpaid, the owner has moved on to other ventures, leaving subcontractors like me with the consequences. Andrew Hernandez and his company, Alpha elite roofing, is by far the best service organization I have ever worked with. Generally, experiences when working with contractors is not positive, but in this case it has been an absolute joy to work with him. He stood behind us as we made a claim to our insurance company to cover the roof. Andrew worked with the adjuster from the insurance company and because of his experience and his good nature he got it done. His group cleaned up after the job very well. He sent his area supervisor over to review the job when it was done to make sure we were happy. Several weeks later we noticed a plumbing issue as a result of the roofing installation and Andrew sent a plumber immediately and took care of it with no hassle and with no added cost to me. He chose the shingles and they are premium quality and the colors are a great match with the house. I have the best looking roof in the neighborhood. He's a real pro. read more

Davis is very personable and is an overall great guy. He definitely knows his business and takes his time explaining every little detail. He takes care of everything for you. After we noticed that there were leaks and seepage in our home whenever it rained we approached Albert Hernandez of Alpha Elite Roofing, who was recommended by a friend. Albert was helpful in dealing with my Insurance company and the insurance claims adjuster. Albert and his brother Andrew worked in a timely fashion and got things moving fast. Once the work began, their dedicated and skilled crew of workers got the old roof and the underlayment replaced with the specified, roof and underlayment in a matter of couple of days. After the installation of the new roof, Andrew inspected the work done and also made sure that the surrounding area was clear of all debris. Only the second roof in my life, but if I have to do it again for any reason, I'm calling Andrew. Andrew sells the company and the quality of work earns a very strong recommendation. I doubt any company owner works as hard to please the customer. If a job can be done in a day, Andrew will get it done. He brings more than one crew to the site if that's what it takes. Alpha Elite Roofing did an awesome job with sealing roof vents and also responding on short notice to troubleshoot a mysterious leak at our commercial building. Based on the work accomplished, I wished we would have called them a year ago when we started our construction build-out.
