On my latest install, they were professional from start to finish, although not perfect in some areas (more on that later). I'll start with the issues, and then close with the positives. On our first house, I encountered some disappointing challenges during the execution/installation phase. Our garden was trampled on, one of the windows were installed on the wrong spot, and a light fixture was damaged and the crew tried (poorly) fixing it without notifying me (all caught on CCTV). With all that said though, the company stands by doing the right thing and resolved everything on a timely manner. How it was handled was much appreciated and influenced me to use them again and refer others. On our second house, almost everything went smoothly. All windows were replaced in just two days! Just encountered a minor hiccup when a wall was damaged and a worker claimed it was pre-existing. Luckily, I purposely took before-photos and was able to provide evidence that it was not pre-existing. In the end, it was fixed within satisfaction. As for the positives, I really have to give credit to Milton, the supervisor on the second house. He was very professional and accommodating. On one of the windows, he found water damage and pointed it out to me instead of trying to cover it up. The damage and source were all fixed. Seriously, he could have moved on and I would have never known! All the windows were installed to my satisfaction. Few minor quirks remained, but possibly due to the window manufacture (or so I was explained). Also appreciate how floors snd countertops are covered to prevent/reduce damage and dust. I recommend this company. Here are some tips before using them (or any other window company): - Take lots of photos of each window before the work starts. Ensure to get several close ups and different angles of the trim and corners, both inside and out. Ensure good lighting for a useful photo. - Check with your HOA to see if it's the window replacements are allowed. Some care about colors of trim and grid vs non-grid. - Expect the order to take several months to come in. Get your quote early if it's a house you plan on moving in.

After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

Alpha Elite Roofing is a class act. My house is about 20 years old and was in need of a new roof. I contacted Alpha because of a referral from a friend. On the initial consultation, it was very evident their representative was extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry. He explained the various types of damage roofs receive over the years. He also walked me through the process of getting an inspection and working with insurance companies. He did the initial consultation and found multiple incidents of hail damage. I made the decision to go with them and we began the process. An appointment was made with a third party insurance inspector. The Alpha representative met him at my house and "walked" the roof with him. Upon the conclusion of the inspection, the inspector agreed the house was in need of a new roof. The Alpha representative then met with me (based on my schedule) and gave me the sample book showig shingle types. Because of the work they have done in the area, he was able to show me the types that had already been approved by my HOA. After picking the color, he explained the value added materials they use to ensure leaks don't happen in roof crevasses, unions, peaks, and high water flow areas. We agreed upon a date for the roof to be replaced. On the day of the work, the representative was on location with the roofing team to ensure the work went as scheduled. It took one day for them to replace the roof on my house. I was very impressed by the professionalism Alpha Elite took in replacing my roof. From the first consultation to the last operation, they were first class. Every time I called, they were available to answer my questions. There customer service is top notch. I worked with this company as a subcontractor for about two years. During that time, I repeatedly had to pay out‑of‑pocket for materials when the owner wasn't available or able to cover them, as well as software required to operate in the roofing industry. Despite completing the work and investing my own money, I was never paid what I was owed. I handled the roofing projects directly -- including meeting homeowners, managing claims after the hurricane, completing supplements, and ensuring roofs were built to code. Homeowners worked with me exclusively, and the owner was never present on the jobs. I also collected all checks except the final ones, which I could not file because the owner's bank documentation was required. It's extremely difficult knowing I now have to pay attorneys simply to recover payment for work I completed, while I'm struggling financially as a result. After two years of work that went unpaid, the owner has moved on to other ventures, leaving subcontractors like me with the consequences. This review reflects my personal experience, and I encourage others to proceed with caution. read more

Andrew Hernandez and his company, Alpha elite roofing, is by far the best service organization I have ever worked with. Generally, experiences when working with contractors is not positive, but in this case it has been an absolute joy to work with him. He stood behind us as we made a claim to our insurance company to cover the roof. Andrew worked with the adjuster from the insurance company and because of his experience and his good nature he got it done. His group cleaned up after the job very well. He sent his area supervisor over to review the job when it was done to make sure we were happy. Several weeks later we noticed a plumbing issue as a result of the roofing installation and Andrew sent a plumber immediately and took care of it with no hassle and with no added cost to me. Albert was helpful in dealing with my Insurance company and the insurance claims adjuster. Albert and his brother Andrew worked in a timely fashion and got things moving fast. The new Wind Turbine was not level, causing it to not spin freely; I had to hire someone else to correct the issue. When the old shingles were taken off, the water heater vent was dislodged causing problems in the attic. The problem was not corrected and the new shingles were installed around the dislodged vend. Also, I noticed uneven shingles and areas that weren't properly sealed, which raises serious concerns about the durability of the roof. Additionally, despite repeated requests, the contractor failed to provide a written "Preferred Protection Limited Warranty" as promised. This lack of professionalism and accountability makes me question their integrity and reliability. Communication was also a challenge--they were unresponsive to my concerns after the job was finished. Without a written warranty, I have no assurance that they'll stand behind their work if issues arise in the future. I wouldn't recommend [Cary Chapman/Professional/Roofing Systems] to anyone looking for a dependable roofing contractor. Be cautious when hiring them, and ensure all terms are in writing before any work begins. Foremost, withhold full payment until all work is completed without defects, certificates are provided and warranties are delivered.

We recently brought out another roofer for an inspection, and were alarmed to discover the following defects with his new roof install: 1) Felt paper was bunched up around a couple of the exhaust vents and not sealed properly with daylight showing through; 2) Old shingles, some cracked, in the front of the house were never replaced and were instead spraypainted over; 3) Several instances of old flashing were not replaced, which is apparent because some are rusted; 4) Flashing, counterflashing, and step flashing not installed in several places as needed; 5) Flashing which was installed was not sealed; 6) Debris from the work which fell through the roof and ended up in our attic was not cleaned up This list is not exhaustive and there are even more issues. For anyone considering a new roof, I would very carefully vet any contractor you hire.
