I contracted Alpha Elite Roofing to replace a small roof for over $4,000, which included getting the Texas Department of Insurance inspection and certification. As a first-time homeowner, I trusted the process they outlined. Unfortunately, I discovered that the inspection certificate was never obtained, resulting in TDI refusing to renew my insurance. Over the past three months, I have made at least 75 attempts to contact Andrew through calls, emails, and voice messages, explaining my urgent need for the certification...due to calls from my mortgage and insurance companies. Despite him advising he was waiting to hear back from his engineer (3 months ago), he now refuses to return any of my outreaches or those made by an engineer on my behalf. As a single mother with a single income, I cannot afford to pay for another roof nor can I afford to be without insurance. Please be cautious and thoroughly research any company you hire.

His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. He came out and covered the boot to prevent more leaking inside, and then he along with a crew member came out on a Saturday morning to replace the boot.
