I used them to install gutters and they were nice and very responsive. After they get your money and you have any issues is a different story. I had the gutters three weeks and already have issues. I have made numerous calls and text messages with no answers or call backs. Mr Moya did say he would take care of one the issues and set a work date. I took off from work and waited all day to no one showing up. Again made several calls for him to call me back and I couldn't get an answer!! I do NOT recommend! I'm not really sure why my experience is different from about every other single person. I contacted Gutters By Moya after hearing rave reviews everywhere on the internet. I asked for an estimate and we agreed on the next day. Guess what? No show on the next day, and I even called ahead to try to verify they were coming; no response on phone and their mailbox is full so I couldn't leave a message. I essentially waste an hour waiting for them, thinking they might be busy and unable to answer. I call again 2 days later. Same deal. Finally the day after that I text and tell them they didn't show up when they said and that I wanted a quote. First off there was never an apology or "we were busy" or anything. They said "okay"; I try to ask when. No response until the next morning and I hustle them. They said they will stop by that day (I had asked for a specific time in the afternoon). They showed up 1 hour late. Then the quote I got was via text; no specific details on gutter type, gutter size, etc and no diagram was drawn/given to me. Not to mention, they were more expensive than a couple of the other places I asked for quotes by about $50. So yeah, I'm not really sure why my experience is so different than everyone else's or if my standards for getting a response the same day might be too high. Or showing up when you say you're going to show up or having the courtesy to say you can't make it. Or having a mailbox that isn't full/returning calls. I had another gutter company show up on JULY FOURTH to come give me an estimate. That's true motivation to actually get someone's business. It took 3-4 days of hassling to just get an estimate lacking any semblance of detail. It seemed like they couldn't care less about doing this work. I hate to post negatively about a local business. I'm sorry but this was just plain unacceptable and the world needs to know that this simply isn't a 5-star company with the experience I had. read more

We had called around for quotes for new gutters on our home and we became very disappointed with the quotes. We had a couple of businesses stand us up on coming over to look at the home. We were about ready to let the project go but I decided to call Gutters by Moya. He came over that day and gave us a very reasonable quote. The next day his men were over and within a few hours had the job complete. It was evening by then and we mentioned we would like to check it all out in the daytime to make sure it looked good. They had no problem with that and said they would send the owner over to sign off on the job. It rained that day and the gutters were perfect - no problems at all. Juan did a great job on my house. He recorded all my information and gave me a fair price in December, then I sat on the job until March waiting for HOA approval, money, and just procrastination. When I called him, he remembered me, had all my information, and was there the following Monday to put up everything exactly as we discussed and even charged me a little less than we agreed to because the lengths turned out to be a little shorter than we estimated. I called for an estimate and next day my estimate was performed offering 5" or 6" gutter install with concrete gutter splash guards.
