I reported the sod issue with photos on 7/27 -- Mike said he'd come take a look. Over the next 3 weeks he repeatedly promised to stop by ("we can take a look," "will be out today to take a look") but never showed and stopped responding to follow-up texts. Called once and was sent straight to voicemail with no callback. Separately, the sprinkler heads they installed don't provide full lawn coverage -- an issue I hadn't gotten the chance to raise since he never showed up to address the sod. No resolution on either issue after weeks of empty promises.

My neighbor did not want to share in the cost of bringing the tree down so I contacted several tree companies to bid on branch removal. Daniel with D&J Tree Service was the first to respond and he was able to give me a very competitive proposal. Since the branches were already falling on occasion, Daniel and his crew removed them the same day. I also had a second tree of my neighbors that was over my fence and rubbing my house. D&J removed these encroaching limbs. I had D&J remove one small palm tree on my property that was leaning so far over that it was going to fall over soon. D&J cleaned up and hauled off all limbs and debris from my yard and my neighbors yard. It was a fantastic experience. We've made plans for D&J to perform some future lawn work.
