I tried again 3 three hours later with the same results. 4. No replies to my text even 24 hours later. 5. As of this writing 72 hours after the first text message, I have not received any replies to text and phone calls. I needed to water it more during summer months and I need him to prune the tree. 3 weeks later and my tree slowly started to brown everywhere. After calling a different arborist, he said the tree had been infested with white flies and should have gotten treatment 3 weeks ago. My poor tree could have been saved.
