We provided all information including the location. The owner stated he would be onsite Friday and he never showed up. We contacted him several times via phone and no response. He finally responded 2 days later stating the reason was due to weather which we haven't had much rain in Houston, mostly cold. The issue was the lack of response and communication. Will was able to take over his duties and made their house look great again. My parents have large trees that drop a lot of leaves. Will took his time to clean before mowing and not just simply mow over the leaves. Despite being me being 200 miles away from Houston, he worked with me and my parents to coordinate a convenient time. He took the extra steps to accommodate my parents who are hard of hearing and don't speak the best English. Cost was very reasonable considering most companies gave a crazy price because most of the houses in the area are million dollar condos. My parents are not rich and just never sold out to developers.
