We needed him to reshape a pecan tree after CenterPoint cut it away from the back power lines and pole, and CIR did a careful job of trimming and avoiding the power line to the house, and they cleaned everything up nicely. I asked for a quote for surface root removal along my driveway, Xavier gave me a reasonable quote and came back that afternoon and finished the job beyond my expectations. He also ran across a buried sprinkler head from my irrigation system without damaging it. They dug it up with the line intact and continued the job. I contacted CIR and they showed up for a quote at the agreed time. Xavier gave me a reasonable quote and was very pleasant to deal with. He scheduled the tree removal at that visit and the crew showed up precisely when they were supposed to. The rather large tree, located in a difficult area was removed quickly and efficiently with no damage to the surrounding houses, fences and ac units. They ground the large trunk to below ground level as well as the large roots extending from the tree and then cleaned up the entire area. They were very professional and very pleasant to work with. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They took down about a 60 foot rotting pecan tree that the hoa was dragging their feet on. We were constantly dealing with falling branches across the driveway, and it was just a matter of time before a storm put it into the house.
