Front yard had 2 trees, one had big ugly roots we were always tripping over, aimed straight for the foundation. Thought if we trimmed the limbs that might help, that was just a waste of our money. We just could not grow grass for long! It was time to remove the tree. 2 days later, Terry and his crew arrived on time, with all their equipment, ready to work. They were respectful of us and the neighbors, placed safety cones in the street, left no trash, and stayed busy. Terry and his crew did a great job removing a very large tree we had in the backyard. They did extra clean up work, trimmed tree branches over the fence, removed 2 small growing trees and grinded up old tree stumps we had. And they moved heavy cement squares out of the way and asked if I wanted them put back. (I didn't need them put back) I highly recommend calling them. Showed up on time, cleaned up all the debris. Terry and his team have been doing tree service for us for years. Last week we decided to take out a huge live oak from our front yard, so of course this was our only call.. to Southeast Arbor Care. On Monday morning they rolled up, went to work and by the end of the day the tree was gone. They ground the stump and hauled everything away! Cleanup was amazing. just had Southeast Arbor Care come out and prune three oak trees in our front yard. Terry responded to my initial phone message within an hour, came out same day and gave an estimate. We called Southeast Arbor Care and ask if he could come and give a quote to cut down a pine tree that was dead. The next day came and gave a quote to cut the tree down. He ask if i would like the stumps grinded down. I said let me know how much it would be to cut tree and 3 stumps grinded down . I was amazed at the price that he gave. He gave a really fair price. Once it was approved to get done. They came the next day and cut the tree and the stumps and cleaned up a lot of fallen tree branches and sticks. The workers were very professional and they left the front area of our church very clean. Couldn't tell they had cut down a tree except the empty spot where tree was. I have used Terry's services a few times and each time they are professional and very affordable. Today they took down a 45 foot, 50 year old tree that I was sure was destined to cause damage to my house. I had no idea how in the heck they were going to cut this tree down without crushing or crashing every fence or roof within its reach...but they did it! It was quite impressive to watch these guys work. They were masters at angles and trajectory of falling limbs. Also, they went above and beyond cleaning up the mess their job created. Terry came out in November to give us an estimate. The holidays took over and it wasn't until late January that we contacted him again. He has been extremely responsive thru both text messaging & phone calls. He beat the competitors price & he maintained supervision of his crew, which is run by his son, Terry Jr. Their crew did great job. They were very careful to move our patio furniture out of the way & they even locked the gate when they left. They left the area clean. It is evident that Terry is a Christian man. I have a tree....well, had a tree that was growing too close to my home and the roots were cracking my back porch sidewalk. Terry told me that it might even present a problem with my foundation.
