Since the branches were already falling on occasion, Daniel and his crew removed them the same day. I also had a second tree of my neighbors that was over my fence and rubbing my house. D&J removed these encroaching limbs. I had D&J remove one small palm tree on my property that was leaning so far over that it was going to fall over soon. Second time, quick response to my call, he came out that same hour and assessed my problem. Large limb fell onto neighbor's yard, problem dictated that my tree come down. Meanwhile, Jesse sent his guy over within the hour to cut the fallen limb, he tossed the pieces into my yard, was coming back after the weekend. Minimized my embarrassment to neighbor. The crew returned and all 7 or 8 guys brought the chipper truck and took down my thirty five foot tall tree. Some limbs had to fall into neighbor's yard, and after they made their work spotless in my yard, they went around the block to back neighbor's, and did the same to neighbor's yard. He came out and…read morequoted me nearly $4000 (yes that's correct) to remove branches on my back lawn from half a tree that had been cut down in order to restore power after a storm. Over the next 2 hours that quote went to $3300, then $2900. I called another company who removed the tree limbs the same day for $400 (yes, that is 90% less than Jesse's initial quote). He kept telling me it would take 6-7 guys to remove the tree debris from the backyard. The guy we wound up hiring had it done himself in an hour and a half. Shame on you, Jesse, for trying to take advantage of a single female in the aftermath of a severe storm that knocked out power to over a million people in this town.
